Upon unboxing your Cisco IP Phone 7821, please ensure all components are present:

Tilslutning af telefonen

- Connect to Network (Non-PoE with optional power adapter): If PoE is not available, connect an Ethernet cable from your network switch to the network port on the back of the phone. Then, connect an optional Cisco power adapter (sold separately) to the power port on the phone and plug it into a power outlet.
- Tilslutning til pc (valgfrit): If you wish to connect a computer through the phone, connect an Ethernet cable from your computer to the PC port on the back of the phone.
Note: The Cisco IP Phone 7821 does not include a power adapter by default, as it is designed primarily for Power over Ethernet (PoE) deployments.

Phone Layout and Buttons
Familiarize yourself with the phone's layout. Refer to the product image in the Introduction section for visual reference.
- Skærm: Shows call information, menus, and messages.
- Softkeys: Context-sensitive buttons located directly below the display, their function changes based on the current activity (e.g., Redial, New Call, Fwd All, more>).
- Navigationsklynge: Central circular button with up/down/left/right arrows and a Select button for menu navigation.
- Tastatur: Standard 0-9 numeric keys, * (asterisk), and # (pound) for dialing and data entry.
- Volume Button (+/-): Adjusts handset, headset, or speakerphone volume.
- Headset-knap: Activates the headset.

Avancerede funktioner
