3. Opsætning
3.1 Udpakning og inspektion
Carefully remove the sander from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. Ensure all components listed in the packing list are present.
3.2 Securing the Sander
For stable operation, it is recommended to secure the sander to a workbench using appropriate fasteners through the mounting holes in the base. This will prevent movement and vibration during use.
3.3 Tilslutning til strøm
Connect the power cord to a grounded 230V AC electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch on the sander is in the 'OFF' position before plugging it in.

4. Betjeningsvejledning
4.1 Generel drift
Before starting, ensure the workpiece is clean and free of obstructions. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection and a dust mask.
- Turn on the sander using the On/Off switch.
- Allow the sanding belt or disc to reach full speed before applying the workpiece.
- Apply light, even pressure to the workpiece against the sanding surface. Avoid excessive force, which can lead to poor results and premature wear of the abrasive.
- Move the workpiece smoothly across the sanding surface to ensure even material removal and prevent gouging.
- Turn off the sander when finished and wait for all moving parts to stop before leaving the machine.
4.2 Band Sanding
The vertical sanding belt is ideal for edge sanding, shaping, and removing material from longer workpieces.

4.4 Changing Sanding Belts and Discs
Always unplug the sander from the power source before attempting to change any abrasive materials.
- For Sanding Belt: Release the belt tension lever, remove the old belt, and slide on the new belt, ensuring it is centered on the rollers. Re-engage the tension lever.
- For Sanding Disc: Peel off the old adhesive-backed sanding disc. Clean the disc plate surface thoroughly. Apply a new adhesive-backed sanding disc, aligning it carefully with the disc plate.
5. Vedligeholdelse
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your sander. Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance.
- Rensning: Regularly clean dust and debris from the machine, especially around the motor vents, sanding surfaces, and work tables. Use compressed air or a brush.
- Slibeinspektion: Periodically check the sanding belt and disc for wear, tears, or clogging. Replace worn abrasives promptly to maintain sanding efficiency and prevent damage to the workpiece.
- Fastgørelseskontrol: Ensure all nuts, bolts, and screws are tight. Vibrations during operation can cause fasteners to loosen over time.
- Inspektion af strømledning: Inspect the power cord for any signs of damage, cuts, or fraying. Replace damaged cords immediately.
- Opbevaring: Store the sander in a clean, dry place, away from moisture and extreme temperatures.
