Opsætningsvejledning

Follow these steps to set up your Mitel Aastra 6869i telephone.

1. Fastgør skrivebordsstativet: Align the desk stand with the slots on the back of the phone unit and snap it into place.
2. Tilslut håndsættet: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset and the other end into the handset port on the back of the phone unit (marked with a handset icon).
3. Connect to Network (Ethernet):
   • Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the LAN port on the back of the phone (marked with a network icon).
   • Sæt den anden ende af Ethernet-kablet i din netværksswitch eller router.
   • Note: If your network supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), the phone will power on automatically.

5. Connect Headset (Optional): If using a headset, plug it into the dedicated headset port on the phone (marked with a headset icon).
6. Første opstart: The phone will power on and begin its boot sequence. This may take a few minutes. The display will show the boot progress and then the main idle screen once connected to the network and registered with your SIP server.

Betjeningsvejledning

Grundlæggende opkaldsfunktioner

• Foretag et opkald:
  1. Lift the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press an available Line key.
  2. Indtast det ønskede nummer ved hjælp af det numeriske tastatur.
  3. Tryk på Urskive funktionstasten eller vent på, at opkaldet opretter forbindelse automatisk.
• Besvare et opkald:
  1. When the phone rings, lift the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press the flashing Line key.

  1. If using the handset, place it back in the cradle.
  2. If using speakerphone or headset, press the Afslut opkald soft key or the Speakerphone/Headset button.

Advanced Call Functions

• Holde: Under et aktivt opkald skal du trykke på Holde soft key or dedicated Hold button. To resume, press the flashing Line key or the Genoptage softkey.
• Overførsel: Under et aktivt opkald skal du trykke på Xfer (Transfer) soft key or dedicated Transfer button. Dial the transfer destination number, then press the Overførsel softkey igen.
• Konference: Under et aktivt opkald skal du trykke på Konf (Conference) soft key or dedicated Conference button. Dial the number of the third party, and once connected, press the Konf tryk på den programmerbare tast igen for at deltage i alle parter.

Brug af displayet og softkeys

The color display provides visual information about calls, menus, and phone status. The soft keys located directly below the display change their function based on the current context. Their labels on the screen indicate their current action (e.g., Pickup, Conf, Xfer, Voicemail, Home).

Voicemail

To access your voicemail, press the dedicated Voicemail button. Follow the audio prompts to listen to messages, change greetings, or adjust settings.

Vejviser/kontakter

Access your phone's directory by pressing the Vejviser soft key or a dedicated button (if configured). Use the navigation cluster to scroll through contacts and press the Urskive soft key to initiate a call.

Lydstyrkekontrol

Adjust the volume during a call using the Lydstyrke op og Lydstyrke ned buttons. When the phone is idle, these buttons control the ringer volume.

Opretholdelse

Rengøring af telefonen

• Frakobl telefonen fra strømmen før rengøring.
• Brug en blød, damp, lint-free cloth to wipe the phone's surfaces.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents, as these can damage the finish.
• Avoid spraying liquids directly onto the phone.

Opbevaring

Store the phone in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.
