Setup: Preparing Your Navage Device with a SaltPod
- Fyld vandtanken: Open the top lid of your Navage Nose Cleaner and fill the upper tank with the recommended water type (distilled, sterile, boiled and cooled, or micro-filtered) up to the "FILL LINE" indicator.
- Insert a SaltPod: Place a new, unused Navage SaltPod into the crushing chamber, ensuring the foil-side is facing down.
- Luk låget: Close the lid firmly until you hear it click shut. The device will not operate if the lid is not properly closed and a new SaltPod is not detected.

Once your Navage device is prepared with a SaltPod and water, you are ready to begin nasal irrigation. Ensure you are positioned comfortably over a sink.
- Placer enheden: Gently insert the nose pillows into your nostrils, creating a comfortable seal.
- Activate the Rinse: Press the power button on the device. The saline solution will flow from one nostril, through your nasal passages, and exit the other nostril, collecting in the lower tank.
- Breathe Normally: Breathe through your mouth during the rinse. Do not hold your breath or sniff.
- Complete the Cycle: The rinse typically lasts about 30 seconds. The device will automatically stop when the upper tank is empty.
