1. Introduktion

3. Samling og opsætning

Follow these steps to assemble your GREENCUT GTC300XE tiller.

3.1 Udpakning og komponenttjek

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts are present according to the packing list. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer support.

3.2 Styrsamling

Attach the upper and lower handlebar sections using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure all connections are secure. Adjust the handlebar height to a comfortable operating position, typically around waist height.

3.3 Blade and Wheel Attachment

Install the hardened steel tiller blades onto the main shaft. Ensure they are correctly oriented for proper soil turning. Secure them with the retaining pins or bolts. Attach the transport wheels to the front or rear as per the design, ensuring they are firmly in place for stability during transport or storage.

3.4 Adding Fuel and Oil

Before first use, fill the engine with appropriate 4-stroke engine oil (refer to specifications for type and capacity). Fill the fuel tank with unleaded petrol. Do not overfill. Always check oil and fuel levels before each use.

3.5 Electric Start Connection

Ensure the battery for the electric start system is charged and properly connected. Refer to the specific instructions for battery charging and connection if provided separately.

4. Betjeningsvejledning

4.1 Tjekliste før brug

4.2 Start af motoren (elektrisk start)

1. Sørg for, at brændstofventilen er åben.

3. Turn the ignition key or press the electric start button.
4. Når motoren starter, skal du gradvist flytte chokerhåndtaget til 'RUN'-positionen, efterhånden som motoren varmer op.

4.3 Engaging Gears and Tilling

The GTC300XE features 3 speeds: 2 forward (short and long) and 1 reverse. Select the desired gear using the gear lever. For initial tilling, start with a lower forward speed. The working width is 85cm, and the tilling depth can reach up to 35cm depending on soil conditions and machine adjustment.

4.4 Standsning af motoren

To stop the engine, move the throttle lever to the 'STOP' position or turn the ignition key to 'OFF'. Close the fuel valve if storing for an extended period.

• Rensning: After each use, clean soil and debris from the blades, chassis, and engine cooling fins.
• Bladinspektion: Regularly inspect the blades for wear, damage, or looseness. Replace worn or damaged blades promptly.
• Motorolieskift: Skift motorolien efter de første 5 timers drift, derefter hver 25-50 timer eller årligt, alt efter hvad der kommer først.
• Luftfilter: Rengør luftfilteret regelmæssigt, især i støvede forhold. Udskift det, hvis det er beskadiget.
• Tændrør: Inspect the spark plug annually. Clean or replace as necessary.
• Opbevaring: For long-term storage, drain the fuel tank or add a fuel stabilizer. Clean the machine thoroughly and store in a dry, protected area.
