Opsætning
Trin 1: Batteriinstallation
Install the provided Ni-MH battery pack into the cordless handset. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the handset, open the cover, connect the battery pack connector, and place the battery into the compartment. Close the cover securely.

Step 2: Base Unit Connection
Connect the AC power adapter to the base unit and plug it into a standard electrical outlet. Then, connect one end of the telephone line cord to the base unit and the other end to a telephone wall jack.

Step 3: Initial Charging
Place the handset on the base unit with the display facing up. The handset will begin charging. Allow the handset to charge for at least 12 hours before its first use to ensure optimal battery performance.

Step 4: Date and Time Setting
After the initial charge, follow the on-screen prompts on the handset to set the correct date and time. This is important for accurate Caller ID and answering system timestamps.

Foretage og modtage opkald

- Turn Answering System On/Off: Tryk på SVAR TIL/FRA knappen på baseenheden.

Base Unit Controls
The base unit provides direct access to several functions:
- FIND HANDSET: Press to page the handset.
- BIND: Adjusts the speaker volume for message playback.
- GENTAGE: Repeats the current message during playback.
- SPRINGE: Skips to the next message during playback.

Rensning
To clean your VTech CS6124, use a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh cleaning agents or abrasive materials, as these can damage the product's finish or internal components. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.

The handset uses a rechargeable Ni-MH battery pack. Over time, battery performance may decrease. If the talk time or standby time significantly reduces, it may be time to replace the battery.
