  2. Present Conditions: While holding the button, pass the target object(s) through the sensing beam, or present the range of conditions you wish the sensor to learn.
  3. LEDs Flash: Observe the indicator LEDs; they will flash during the teaching process.
  4. Release DYNAMIC: Release the "DYNAMIC" button once the desired conditions have been presented. The sensor will store the learned parameters.

4.2 Static Teach

Static Teach is used for teaching the sensor distinct ON and OFF conditions, typically for stationary targets or clear differentiation between target and background.

  1. Hold STATIC: Press and hold the "STATIC" button (or equivalent teach button, if "STATIC" is not explicitly labeled, refer to the "SWITCH POINT" area for teach button). Hold until the LEDs begin to flash.
  2. Present ON Condition: Present the object or condition that should trigger an "ON" state. Click the "STATIC" button once to register this condition.
  3. Present OFF Condition: Present the object or condition that should trigger an "OFF" state (e.g., no object, background). Click the "STATIC" button once to register this condition.
  4. The sensor will then be configured based on these two distinct states.
