Opsætning og installation
Before starting, ensure you have the necessary tools: adjustable spanner, screwdriver, PTFE tape, and a basin skruenøgle (hvis nødvendigt).
- Forbered B'etasin: Ensure the basin hole is clean and free of debris. If replacing an old tap, remove it and clean the area thoroughly.
- Installer hanen:
- Attach the flexible connection hoses to the base of the tap, ensuring a tight seal.
- Feed the hoses and the pop-up waste rod (if applicable) through the basin hul.

- Insert the waste body into the basin drain hole, ensuring a watertight seal with the provided gaskets/sealant.
- Connect the pop-up waste rod from the tap to the waste mechanism. Adjust the rod for smooth operation of the waste plug.
- Test for lækager: Once all connections are made, slowly turn on the main water supply. Check all connections for leaks. Run the tap for a few minutes to flush out any debris and re-check for leaks.
Operation
Bristan J SMBAS C Java Small Basin Mixer features a single lever handle for controlling both water flow and temperature.
- Vandflow: Lift the lever handle upwards to increase water flow. Push it downwards to decrease or turn off the flow.
- Temperaturkontrol: Move the lever handle to the left for hot water and to the right for cold water. Adjust the position between left and right to achieve your desired water temperature.
- Pop-Up Waste: The pop-up waste is controlled by a small knob or lever located at the back of the tap. Push or pull this knob/lever to open or close the basin waste plug.
