Blade Installation (Initial Setup)

The Lutz #82 knife comes furnished with 3 heavy-duty replacement blades stored inside the knife handle. To install a blade:

1. Locate the screw on the side of the knife handle.
2. Using a suitable screwdriver (not included), carefully loosen and remove the screw.
3. Gently separate the two halves of the knife handle.
4. Carefully place a new blade onto the blade holder pins, ensuring it is securely seated.
5. Realign the two halves of the handle and secure them by reinserting and tightening the screw. Do not overtighten.
