4. Installationsvejledning

- Forbered motorcyklen: Ensure the motorcycle is on a stable surface, preferably a center stand or paddock stand. Allow the exhaust system to cool down if recently ridden.
- Remove Existing Components (if necessary): Depending on your motorcycle model, you may need to remove the passenger seat, grab handles, or other components to access the mounting points.
- Identificér monteringspunkter: Locate the designated mounting points on your motorcycle's subframe, typically near the passenger footpeg mounts and under the rear seat or fender.
- Attach Mounting Plates: Secure the motorcycle-specific mounting plates to the frame using the provided hardware. Do not fully tighten bolts at this stage.
- Position the ALU-RACK Frame: Carefully place the main ALU-RACK frame components onto the attached mounting plates and align them with any additional attachment points on the motorcycle.
- Secure the Rack: Use the remaining hardware to connect the ALU-RACK frame to the mounting plates and any other designated points.
- Endelig stramning: Once all components are correctly aligned and loosely fitted, progressively tighten all bolts to the recommended torque specifications. Start from the center and work outwards.

Attaching Luggage:
- Top Cases: For SW-MOTECH top cases, follow the specific instructions provided with your top case for mounting to the ALU-RACK.
- Soft Bags/Roll Bags: Use appropriate straps or bungee cords to securely fasten soft luggage to the rack. Ensure straps do not interfere with moving parts or block lights.
