Opsætning
1. Indstilling af starttidspunkt og dato
To set the time and date, locate the INDSTIL/GENKALD button on the watch. Press and hold this button until the display begins to flash, indicating setup mode. Use the START/OPDEL og STOP/NULSTIL buttons to adjust values, and the MODE button to cycle through settings such as hours, minutes, seconds, year, month, and day. Press INDSTIL/GENKALD again to confirm and exit setup.

2. Justering af rem
The adjustable black resin strap is designed to fit wrist circumferences up to 8 inches. Adjust the buckle to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. Avoid overtightening, which can restrict circulation, or leaving it too loose, which may affect sensor accuracy (if applicable) or cause the watch to move excessively.
3. Batterioplysninger
Your watch comes with one Lithium Metal battery pre-installed. Battery life varies based on usage. When the display dims or functions become erratic, it may be time for a battery replacement. Refer to the Maintenance section for more details.
Operation
The watch features a five-button design for easy navigation and access to its various functions.

1. Basic Time Display
In the default time mode, the watch displays the current time, day, date, and month. Press the INDIGLO button to activate the night-light for visibility in low-light conditions.
2. Indiglo natlampe

3. Kronograf (Stopur)
To access the chronograph, press the MODE button until "CHRONO" appears on the display.
