1. Introduktion

2. Sikkerhedsinstruktioner

  • Elektrisk sikkerhed: Ensure the unit is connected to a grounded 230V power outlet. Do not operate with damaged cords or plugs. Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces and water.
  • Varme overflader: The chafing dish and its components will become very hot during operation. Use heat-resistant gloves or handles when moving or adjusting parts. Allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning or storing.
  • Vandstand: Always ensure the water pan is filled to the recommended level before turning on the unit. Operating without water can damage the heating element.
  • Placering: Place the chafing dish on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.

4. Opsætning

  1. Pakker ud: Tag forsigtigt alle komponenter ud af emballagen. Undersøg for eventuelle skader.
  2. Ren: Before first use, wash the food pan, water pan, and lid with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp klæde.

  4. Assemble Water Pan: Place the water pan into the stainless steel frame.

  6. Place Food Pan: Insert the deep food pan, containing your prepared food, into the water pan.
  7. Attach Lid Holder: If desired, attach the lid holder to the side of the frame for convenient lid placement during serving.

5. Betjening

  4. Servering: When serving, carefully lift the lid using its handle and place it on the lid holder. Replace the lid promptly after serving to maintain heat.

6. Vedligeholdelse og rengøring

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your chafing dish.

  1. Køl ned: Always ensure the unit is unplugged and has cooled down completely before attempting any cleaning.
  2. Tømt vand: Carefully remove the food pan and then empty the water from the water pan.
  3. Wash Pans and Lid: The food pan, water pan, and lid can be washed with warm soapy water. For stubborn food residues, soak them before washing. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent water spots.
  4. Rent ydre: Wipe the stainless steel frame and the electrical base with a damp cloth. For polished stainless steel, use a specialized stainless steel cleaner and polish with a soft, dry cloth to maintain its luster.
  5. Fordyb ikke: Never immerse the electrical base or the entire unit in water or any other liquid.
  6. Opbevaring: Store all components clean and dry in a safe place when not in use.
