Opsætning
1. Batteriinstallation
The SentrySafe X105 requires four high-quality, alkaline AA batteries for the digital keypad. Ensure batteries have an expiration date of 8-10 years from the current year for optimal performance. Generic and rechargeable batteries may not provide sufficient lifespan.

2. Indstilling af din personlige kombination
It is crucial to set your own personal combination immediately after battery installation. The factory default code is for initial testing only and should be changed for security.

- With the safe door open, press the 'Program' button located inside the safe door.

3. Securing the Safe (Bolt Down Kit)
For added security, the SentrySafe X105 includes a bolt-down kit to anchor the safe to a floor or wall. This prevents unauthorized removal of the safe.

- Choose a suitable location for the safe, ensuring it is stable and secure.
- Mark the drilling points through the pre-drilled holes in the bottom or back of the safe.
- Drill pilot holes into the mounting surface according to the recommended drill bit size in the full user manual.
- Position the safe over the holes and secure it using the provided bolts and washers.

Opening with Digital Keypad
- Enter your 1-8 digit personal combination on the digital keypad.
- The green light will illuminate, indicating the correct code has been entered.
- Drej håndtaget med uret inden for 5 sekunder for at åbne pengeskabslågen.
Lukning og låsning af pengeskabet
- Luk pengeskabslågen godt.
- Drej håndtaget mod uret for at aktivere låseboltene.

Using the Override Key
In case of forgotten combination, dead batteries, or electronic malfunction, the safe can be opened using the provided override key.
- Insert the override key into the keyhole located on the digital keypad panel.

- While holding the key in the turned position, turn the handle clockwise to open the safe door.
- Once open, remove the key.
Opretholdelse
Udskiftning af batteri
Replace batteries annually or when the keypad lights dim or fail to respond. Always use new, high-quality alkaline AA batteries.

- Find batterirummet.
- Fjern gamle batterier og bortskaf dem korrekt.
- Insert new AA alkaline batteries, observing correct polarity.
- Test the keypad functionality.
Almen pleje
- Rengør ydersiden af pengeskabet med en blød, damp klæde. Undgå slibende rengøringsmidler.
- Do not lubricate the lock mechanism or internal components.
- Keep the safe in a dry environment to prevent rust.
Fejlfinding
Keypad Not Responding / Safe Not Opening
- Tjek batterier: Ensure batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient power. Replace with new alkaline AA batteries if needed.
- Forkert kode: Verify you are entering the correct 1-8 digit personal combination. If multiple incorrect attempts are made, the safe may enter a lockout period. Wait for the lockout period to expire before trying again.
- Use Override Key: If the keypad remains unresponsive or you cannot recall your code, use the override key to open the safe as described in the 'Operating the Safe' section.
Døren lukker ikke ordentligt
- Obstruktion: Check for any items inside the safe that might be preventing the door from closing completely.
- Justering: Ensure the safe is on a level surface and that the door is properly aligned with the frame.
