Opsætning
1. Batteriinstallation
- Find batterirummet på bagsiden af skærmen.
- Åbn batterirummets dæksel.
- Isæt fire (4) AAA-batterier, og sørg for korrekt polaritet (+/-) som angivet i batterirummet.
- Luk batterirummets dæksel forsvarligt.
2. Manchetforbindelse
Connect the air tube from the cuff to the air jack on the side of the monitor unit.
Betjeningsvejledning
1. Forberedelse til måling
- Sid behageligt med ryggen støttet og fødderne fladt på gulvet.
- Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
- Undgå at tale eller bevæge dig under målingen.
- Ensure the cuff is applied directly to your bare skin, not over clothing.
2. Påføring af armmanchetten
- Før din arm gennem manchetløkken. Luftslangen skal løbe ned langs indersiden af din arm.
- Position the cuff so the bottom edge is approximately 1-2 cm above your elbow joint.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, ensuring it is not too tight or too loose. The index line on the cuff should align with the range indicator.

3. At foretage en måling
- Tryk på Power/Start button (usually the central blue button). The cuff will automatically inflate.
- Remain still and quiet during inflation and deflation.
- Once the measurement is complete, your Systolic (SYS), Diastolic (DIA), and Pulse (PUL) readings will be displayed on the screen.

4. Understanding Your Readings (WHO Risk Indicator)
The monitor includes a WHO (World Health Organization) Risk Indicator, which instantly compares your readings with standard classifications for hypertension. The color bar on the left side of the display indicates your blood pressure category:
- Rød: Severe Hypertension
- Orange: Moderat hypertension
- Gul: Mild hypertension
- Light Green: Høj-Normal
- Grøn: Normal
- Dark Green: Optimal

5. Hukommelsesfunktion
The Lumiscope 1133 features a 2-person memory with 60 readings each, totaling 120 readings. It also averages the last 3 readings and includes an automatic time and date stamp for hver måling.
- Tryk på M1 or M2 button to access the memory for User 1 or User 2, respectively.
- Use the same buttons to scroll through past readings.
6. Automatisk sluk
