Once the drive is recognized by your computer, you can access its contents like any other removable drive. Navigate to the drive letter (Windows) or mounted volume (macOS) to view, copy, or move files to and from the Zip disk.

• Diskkapacitet: Each 100 MB Zip disk can store the equivalent of approximately 85 standard floppy disks.

Ejecting a Zip Disk

To safely remove a Zip disk, always use the software eject function provided by your operating system:

• Windows: Right-click on the Zip drive icon in "This PC" and select "Eject".
• MacOS: Drag the Zip drive icon from the desktop or Finder sidebar to the Trash, or click the eject icon next to the drive name in Finder.

After the software eject command is issued, the disk will partially eject, allowing you to pull it out completely.
