1. Introduktion

The Reboot RBM2500 PRO is a versatile 250Amp multi-process welder designed for both novice and professional welders. 3.1. Wire Feed System Installation

The RBM2500 PRO features a stable and smooth wire feed structure. Proper installation of the welding wire and feed rollers is crucial for optimal performance.

1. Open the side panel of the welder to access the wire spool compartment.
2. Place the welding wire spool onto the spindle.
3. Thread the welding wire through the wire feeding roller and wire pressing wheel. Ensure the wire is properly seated.

Wire Feed Wheel Types:

• Gasless MIG: Uses flux-cored wire, no external gas required.
