1. Introduktion

3. Opsætning

3.1 Strømtilslutning

The HBM1200 welding machine supports both 110V and 220V power inputs. Ensure the power source matches the machine's requirements and that the connection is secure.

3.2 Tilslutning af svejsetilbehør

  1. Jord Clamp: Tilslut jord clamp cable to the negative (-) terminal on the front panel of the welder. Securely attach the clamp til emnet for at sikre en god elektrisk forbindelse.

3.3 Trådinstallation (til MIG-svejsning)

4.1 Kontrolpanel overview

The HBM1200 features a user-friendly control panel with a digital display and adjustment knobs:

4.2 Svejsetilstande

The HBM1200 supports the following welding processes:

  • MMA (Manual Metal Arc) / ARC Welding: Use with 2.5mm-3.2mm welding rods (e.g., 6013, 7018). Weldable plate thickness: 1-6mm.
  • Løft TIG-svejsning: Requires an optional TIG torch. Weldable plate thickness: 1-3mm.
  • No-Gas MIG Welding: Uses flux-cored wire (0.8mm or 1.0mm). Weldable plate thickness: 0.8-3mm.

4.3 Generelle betjeningstrin

5. Vedligeholdelse

6. Fejlfinding
