Unpacking and Initial Installation
Before proceeding, please note:
- The pictures provided are for reference only.

Follow these steps to unpack and install your TV:
- Åbn pakken.
- Carefully take out the TV.
- Install the TV stands (refer to 'Stand Installation' below).
- Tilslut netledningen.

Standard tilbehør
Følgende varer er typisk inkluderet i kassen:

- Stand Screws (2 for 32" models, 4 for 40"/43" models)
- Stand Bases (x2)
Montering af stativ
- Take out the TV and carefully place it (screen downward) on a stable and flat table with a soft cloth or cushion.
- Fix the stand bases to the TV by fastening the matching stand screws provided in the box. Note that the bases may vary depending on the region or model.
Vægmontering
An optional wall mount can be used with your television. Consult your local dealer to purchase the recommended wall mount bracket. Carefully attach the wall mount bracket at the rear of the TV. Install the wall mount bracket on a solid wall perpendicular to the floor. If you are attaching the TV to other building materials, please contact qualified personnel to install the wall mount. Detailed instructions will be included with the wall mount. Please use a wall mount bracket where the device is adequately secured to the wall with enough space to allow connectivity to external devices.
To prevent product damage or personal injuries, ensure the TV screen is kept upright, or tilted upward or downward within the angle range of 0° to 5° while mounting the TV onto the wall. If tilting downward exceeds this range, auxiliary accessories from a local dealer may be required for safe installation. Failure to do so may void the warranty and incur user liability.

Fire vægmonteringsafstandsstykker (følger ikke med tv'et) skal bruges sammen med de fire vægmonteringsskruer for at holde tv'ets vægmonteringsbeslag højere end det bagerste kabinet.
Terminalforbindelser
Note: Terminal quantities and names may vary depending on the region or model. External equipment and cables are not supplied with the TV. Always disconnect the TV power cord before connecting external devices to avoid product damage or personal injury.
- AV IN: Modtag lyd- og videosignaler fra eksterne AV-enheder.
- ANTENNE IND: Tilslut et koaksialkabel for at modtage signaler fra antennen, kablet eller satellitten.
- USB: Tilslut en USB -lagerenhed.
- HDMI: Modtag HD-indgangssignal fra eksterne HDMI-enheder.
- DIGITAL LYDUDGANG: Use an optical cable to output your TV's audio signal to a compatible digital audio receiver.
- LAN: Kablet netværksport.
- HEADPHONE: Output the TV sound to connected headphones. Speakers will be muted when headphones are plugged in.
- CI: CI card port. Note: To reduce the risk of fire, the CI port should be covered by the plastic cover when not in use. Ensure the fire enclosure of connected equipment is made of non-combustible material or UL94 V-0 rated material. Keep the plastic cover for future use.

2. Betjening
Fjernbetjening
The image, buttons, and functions of the remote control may vary depending on the region or model. Due to software upgrades, functions are subject to change without notice. Refer to your actual TV set.

- POWER (①): Turn on or turn off the TV. In working status, short press to enter fastboot mode, long press to enter standby mode. In fastboot mode, press to turn on quickly. In standby mode, press to turn on normally.
- Nummerknapper (0-9): Select channels directly or input numbers.
- INFO: Få adgang til INFO -grænsefladen.
- AD: Adjust audio settings (language, sound track, type) in DTV mode.
- SOURCE (⑤): Få adgang til kildemenuen.
- FAVV: Få adgang til listen over foretrukne kanaler.
- TEKST: Åbn eller forlad tekst-tv-menuen.
- MEDIA (⑧): Få adgang til medieafspilleren.
- ACCOUNT (⑨): Log ind med din Google-konto.
- Dashboard (⑩): Få adgang til betjeningspanelet på dit Google TV.
- OP/NED/VENSTRE/HØJRE: Navigate menus, select content, or change channels (UP/DOWN).
- OK: Confirm, enter, execute selected items, or access the channel list.
- TILBAGE (←): Vend tilbage til indhold på øverste niveau eller forlad den aktuelle skærm.
- GUIDE (⑭): Access Live TV or the Electronic Program Guide.
- HOME (⑮): Få adgang til startskærmen.
- Lydstyrke op/ned (VOL +/-): Juster lydstyrken.
- AFSLUT: Afslut den aktuelle operation.
- Fast Backward (◀◀): Fast backward playback in media player.
- MUTE (②): Slå lyden fra eller gendan TV-lyden.
- Fast Forward (▶▶): Fast forward playback in media player.
- Farveknapper (RØD/GRØN/GUL/BLÅ): Execute prompt functions in specific modes.
- Applikationsknapper: Access specific applications quickly and directly (e.g., Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube).
- Daily Key (⑦): Short press to start/setup shortcut function, long press to setup shortcut function.
TV kontrolknap
The TV control button is located on the TV itself.
- I standbytilstand: Tryk på tv-kontrolknappen for at tænde for tv'et.
- I arbejdsstatus: Short press to call out the soft keyboard menu. Short press again to move the cursor and select an item. Long press to enter or execute the selected item.

Adgang til E-manualen
The E-Manual is built into your TV and can be displayed on the screen. It provides detailed information about your TV's features. The E-Manual may not be available depending on your region or model.
- Tryk på HJEM button on your remote control to access the home screen.
- Brug OP/NED/VENSTRE/HØJRE og OK buttons to select and enter "E-Manual" from your applications list.

3. Vedligeholdelse
Vigtige sikkerhedsinstruktioner
Read all instructions before operating the set and keep them for future reference. Adhere to all warnings on the appliance and in the operating instructions.
- Brug ikke dette apparat i nærheden af vand eller fugt.

- Do not block any ventilation openings. Install according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Do not install near heat sources (radiators, stoves, direct sunlight, etc.).
- Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, especially at plugs and where it exits the apparatus.
- Brug kun tilbehør/tilbehør specificeret af producenten.
- Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer. Use caution when moving a cart/apparatus combination to avoid tip-over injuries.
- Tag stikket ud af apparatet under tordenvejr, eller når det ikke skal bruges i længere perioder.
- Refer all servicing to qualified personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged (e.g., power cord/plug damaged, liquid spilled, objects fallen into, exposed to rain/moisture, abnormal operation, or dropped).
- FORSIGTIGHED: Servicing instructions are for qualified service personnel only. To reduce electric shock risk, do not perform any servicing other than that contained in operating instructions unless qualified.
- Do not install in a confined space; ensure good ventilation. Do not impede ventilation openings with items like newspapers, tablecloths, curtains.
- Refer to the rear enclosure for electrical and safety information.
- To reduce fire/electric shock risk, do not expose this apparatus to rain or moisture.
- Do not expose to dripping/splashing liquids, and do not place liquid-filled objects (e.g., vases) on the apparatus. Do not use near dust.
- Terminals marked with "④" may carry sufficient voltage to cause electric shock. External wiring to these terminals requires installation by an instructed person or use of ready-made leads.
- Fare for eksplosion, hvis batteriet udskiftes forkert. Udskift kun med samme eller tilsvarende type.
- Batteries should not be exposed to excessive heat (sunshine, fire, etc.).
- Excessive sound pressure from earphones/headphones can cause hearing loss. Lower volume to a safe, comfortable level and reduce listening duration.
- The appliance coupler is the disconnect device and must remain readily operable.
- When not in use or moving, secure the power cord set to prevent abrasion from sharp edges. Ensure the power cord is undamaged before reuse.

- No naked flame sources (e.g., lighted candles) should be placed on the apparatus.
- If the apparatus has the ① symbol on its rating label and a two-pin power cord, it is a Class II or double insulated electrical appliance, not requiring a safety connection to electrical earth.
- WARNING for Apparatus containing COIN / BUTTON CELL BATTERIES: Do not ingest the battery. Chemical Burn Hazard. The remote control contains a coin/button cell battery. If swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in 2 hours and lead to death. Keep new and used batteries away from children. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children. Seek immediate medical attention if batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body.

WEEE-direktivet
Correct Disposal of this product: This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed of with other household waste throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmental safe recycling.

Forholdsregler for brug af batteri
Improper use of batteries can cause leakage. Follow these methods carefully:
- Note the batteries' polarity to avoid short circuit.
- Replace with new batteries when voltage is insufficient. Remove batteries if not used for a long time.
- Do not use different types of batteries (e.g., Manganese and Alkaline) together.
- Do not put batteries into fire, charge, or decompose them.

4. Fejlfinding
Before calling a service technician, check the following table for possible causes and solutions.
Generelle problemer
- Fjernbetjening virker ikke:
- Skift batterierne.
- Kontroller, om batterierne er installeret korrekt.
- Kontroller, om hovedstrømmen er tilsluttet.
- Check for obstructions between the remote sensor and remote control.
- Dårligt signal:
- Usually caused by interference from electronic equipment or radio interference sources.
Picture & Sound Problems
- No picture, no sound:
- Kontroller signalkilden.
- Plug another electrical device into the outlet to check if it's working.
- Kontroller, om stikket er i god kontakt med stikkontakten.
- No sound, picture OK:
- Hvis der ikke er nogen lyd, skal du slå lyden til eller skrue op for lydstyrken.
- Open the sound menu and adjust 'Balance'.
- Abnormal picture (no color or bad picture quality):
- Juster farveindstillingen i menuindstillinger.
- Hold TV'et i tilstrækkelig afstand fra andre elektroniske produkter.
- Prøv en anden kanal.
- Bad TV signal (display mosaic or snowflakes):
- Kontroller signalkablet og juster antennen.

Multimedia Player Problems
- 'This file is invalid' / 'Unsupported audio' appears, or audio is normal but video is abnormal, or video is normal but audio is abnormal:
- Medierne file may be damaged; check if it can be played on a PC.
- Kontroller, om video- og lydcodec understøttes.
Netværksproblemer
- Netværksfejl:
- Tjek om routeren fungerer godt.
- Ensure the TV is connected to the router successfully.
Browser Problems
- Web page cannot be displayed completely:
- Some third-party extensions may not be supported; close the current web side.
- Browser is forced to be shut down:
- Den nuværende web page may include too much content, causing insufficient memory.

7. Brugertips
Here are some helpful tips for using your Metz QLED TV:
