Indledning

This manual provides detailed instructions for the proper use and maintenance of your SERVO BM10 Mini Mobile Phone. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating your device to ensure optimal performance and safety. This document covers both the 2G GSM and 4G LTE versions of the BM10.

Opsætning

1. Isætning af SIM-kort og batteri

1. Åbn forsigtigt telefonens bagdæksel.
2.

3. Insert the SIM card(s) into the designated slot(s). Ensure the SIM card chip contacts are correctly aligned with the phone's contacts. The BM10 supports two Nano SIM cards.
4. Indsæt batteriet. Vigtig: Before first use, locate and remove the yellow insulating tape from the battery. Failure to do so will prevent the phone from turning on.

2. Batteriopladning

1. Connect the phone to the charger using the provided USB Type-C cable.

3. The screen will display a scrolling power icon, indicating that charging has begun.
4. When the power icon stops scrolling, the battery is fully charged. Disconnect the phone from the charger.

Tastatur Beskrivelse

The BM10 features a classic key design for easy operation.

• Op/ned navigationstaster: Scroll through names, phone numbers, SMS, and sub-menu options. Move the cursor up and down in editing mode.
• Venstre softkey: In standby, press to enter the main menu. Generally acts as a confirmation function in non-standby interfaces.
• Højre softkey: In standby, press to open the phone book. Generally acts as a return function in non-standby interfaces.
• Dial-up Key (Green): Call the entered phone number or answer an incoming call. In standby mode, displays a list of call records.
• Hand-up Key (Red): Reject an incoming call, end an active call, or power the device on/off (long press).
• Numeriske taster (0-9): Enter numbers and characters. Long press '1' to access voicemail (if configured). Speed dial function can be enabled.

Note: "Press the key" means a quick press and release. "Long press the key" means holding for 2 seconds or more.

Telefonbog

You can save names and phone numbers to either the SIM card or the phone's internal memory. The 4G LTE version supports up to 2000 contacts.

• In the contact list, use the up and down navigation keys to browse entries.

Information (SMS)

The 4G LTE version supports up to 200 SMS messages.

• From the idle screen, select Menu > Message > Write message.
• Input your message.
• Choose 'Send' and select the recipient(s).

1. In idle mode, use the numeric keys to input the desired number.
2. For international numbers, quickly press the '*' key twice to input '+', then enter the country code, area code, and phone number.
3. For extension numbers, quickly press the '3' or '4' key multiple times to input 'p' or 'w'.
4. Press the Dial-up key to initiate the call.

Modtagelse af et opkald:

1. When a call comes in, press the Dial-up key to answer.
2. To end a call, press the Hand-up key.

The phone supports automatic recording of important calls. These recordings can be saved and reviewred til enhver tid.

Audio Player (MP3 Player)

The phone has a built-in music playback function, allowing you to store and play your favorite songs.

• In the player interface, use the '5' key to play/pause and stop music.
• Use the up and down navigation keys to switch between songs in the playlist.
• Adjust the volume using the '*' and '#' keys.

Bluetooth Dialer

The phone can connect to other devices via Bluetooth (Version 3.0 for 2G GSM, unspecified for 4G LTE) to function as a dialer.

• Enter the BT dialer menu and select 'Search new devices'.

• The phone can synchronize contacts and call logs from the remote device.

The phone allows for quick review and use of various media resources.

• From standby, select Menu > File Ledelse.
• The phone establishes a default folder structure for applications like Audio, Photos, and Video.
• You can create new folders.

• Operations on the T-flash (Micro SD card) like formatting and editing are also supported.

Note: The mobile factory default password is 0000 or 1122.

Indtastningsmetode

When editing text:

• Press the '*' key to input punctuation.
• Press the '#' key to switch between input method modes (En, Abc, 123).

'En' Input Mode:

Used for English words. Press the corresponding key once, and the phone will suggest word combinations. Choose the word you need.

'Abc' Input Mode:

Used for single English letters. Press a number key repeatedly to cycle through the letters assigned to that key. If the input letter is on the same key as the previous letter, wait for the cursor to reappear before entering the next letter.

'123' Input Method:

Directly enter numbers using the numeric keys.

Input Punctuation:

In any input method, press the '*' key to access the character list interface and select the desired character.

Scenarietilstande

The phone offers 4 practical scenario modes for different environments, automatically adapting volume and ringtone.

• Keep the equipment and accessories dry. Do not use microwaves or other heating equipment to dry them.
• Do not unpack or disassemble the machine. Non-professional dismantling may damage the phone and void the warranty.
• Do not use strong acid or strong alkaline cleansers to clean the phone.
• Always use original accessories. Using non-original parts may affect performance and void the warranty.

• When charging is complete or not in use, disconnect the equipment from the charger and unplug the charger from the socket.
• Do not short-circuit the battery terminals with metal objects. This can cause overheating and damage.
• Do not place the battery or equipment near heating sources like microwave ovens, ovens, or heat sinks, as overheating can cause explosions.
• Do not disassemble or modify the battery, as this may lead to leakage, overheating, fire, or blowout.
• If battery seepage occurs, avoid contact with skin or eyes. If contact happens, wash immediately and seek medical attention.
• If the battery shows abnormal signs (color change, deformation, abnormal heating), discontinue use and replace it.

Troubleshooting & Safety Warnings

• Phone does not turn on after charging: If the mobile phone has not been used for a long time, the battery power may be depleted. Charge the mobile phone for 3-5 hours initially. Ensure you are using the provided charging cable and a 5V1A charger. Also, verify that the yellow insulating tape has been removed from the battery before first use.

Note: Some countries have discontinued 2G GSM networks (e.g., South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Australia, Israel). This phone cannot be used in these countries if relying on 2G GSM.

BM10 LTE (4G LTE Version)

Note: Due to network frequency band issues, the mobile phone cannot be used normally in Colombia, India, Türkiye, Chile, Azerbaijan, Tanzania, and Australia. Please verify network compatibility before ordering.
