5. Opsætning

5.1. Opladning af enheden

Before first use, fully charge the thermal camera. Connect the included USB Type-C cable to the camera's Type-C port (located on the top of the device) and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator will show the charging status.

5.2. Tænd/sluk

To power on the device, press and hold the Power button (␣) until the screen illuminates. To power off, press and hold the Power button again until the shutdown sequence completes.

5.3. Valg af sprog

The ET693C supports 11 languages. To change the language:

  1. Tænd for enheden.
  2. Navigate through the menu using the Arrow Keys to find 'Settings' or 'Language'.
  3. Select your desired language (e.g., English, French, Spanish, etc.) and confirm with the OK button.

6. Betjeningsvejledning

6.1. Grundlæggende termografi

Once powered on, the camera will display a live thermal image. Point the camera at the object or area you wish to inspect. The 2.8-inch screen provides a wide field of view (42°x56° for infrared) for efficient coverage.

6.2. Image Modes and Palettes

The ET693C offers various image modes and color palettes to suit different inspection needs:

6.2.1. Billedtilstande

Select an image mode from the menu to optimize your view:

  • Single Infrared: Displays only the thermal image.
  • Visible Light: Displays only the visible light image (1080P resolution).
  • Kantblanding: Combines thermal and visible light images with enhanced edges.
  • Overlay Mode: Overlays the thermal image onto the visible light image.
  • Picture-in-Picture Mode: Displays a smaller thermal image within the visible light image.

6.2.2. Farvepaletter

Choose from 9 different color palettes to visualize temperature differences effectively:

6.3. Temperature Measurement and Analysis

The camera provides real-time temperature tracking and analysis:

  • Real-time Temp Tracking: Displays the lowest, center, highest, and average temperatures within the field of view.
  • Temperaturalarm: Alerts users to temperatures exceeding predefined thresholds.
  • Temperaturmåleområde: Capable of measuring temperatures from -20℃ to 550℃.

6.4. SUPER IR Image Technology Enhancement

Activate the SUPER IR feature to improve image details and achieve a clearer, more accurate thermal image with an enhanced resolution of 512x384.

6.5. Laser Pointer and Flashlight

  • Laserpointer: Press the dedicated laser button to activate the laser pointer, which helps in precisely identifying the target area for temperature measurement.
  • Lommelygte: The built-in LED flashlight can be activated from the menu to provide illumination in low-light conditions, ensuring clear visual inspection alongside thermal imaging.

6.6. Foto- og videooptagelse

The ET693C supports both photo and video recording. Use the dedicated buttons or menu options to capture images (JPG format) or record videos (MP4 format). The 8GB internal memory can store over 20,000 pictures.

6.7. Real-time Connection and Data Transmission

Connect the camera to a computer via the USB Type-C cable to utilize the PC software. This software allows for real-time imaging transmission, enabling live viewing and analysis on a larger screen. It also supports importing stored images for detailed data analysis, including 3D thermal field distribution functions.

7. Vedligeholdelse

7.1. Rensning

  • Regularly clean the camera body with a soft, dry cloth.

When not in use for extended periods, store the camera in its original packing box in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures (-40℃~+85℃).

8. Fejlfinding

If you encounter issues with your TOOLTOP ET693C, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Enheden tændes ikke: Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged. Connect the camera to a power source using the USB Type-C cable and try again.
  • Billedet er sløret eller uklart: Check if the lens is clean. Ensure you are using the correct image mode and color palette for your environment. Try enabling the SUPER IR enhancement.
  • Temperaturmålingerne virker unøjagtige: Verify that the camera is within its specified operating temperature range. Ensure the target is within the optimal measurement distance.
  • Cannot connect to PC: Ensure the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to both the camera and the computer. Try restarting both devices. Ensure the necessary PC software is installed.
  • Enheden fryser eller reagerer ikke: Press and hold the Power button to force a restart. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
