Thank you for choosing the V380 Solar 4G Camera. This manual provides essential information for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your security camera. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.

The V380 Solar 4G Camera features a unique three-lens design for comprehensive coverage and advanced functionalities.

4.1 Kamerakomponenter

The camera unit consists of:

5. Opsætningsvejledning

5.1 Appinstallation

1. Søg efter "V380 Pro" in your mobile phone's APP Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
2. Download and install the "V380 Pro" APP.
3. Opret en ny konto, eller log ind, hvis du allerede har en.

5.2 Indsættelse af SIM-kort

This camera operates on a 4G network and does not support Wi-Fi connectivity. A 4G SIM card is required for operation.

Important: Insert the 4G SIM card into the camera's SIM card slot BEFORE powering on the camera.

5.3 Camera Power On and Initial Charge

1. Ensure the camera's built-in 8000mAh battery is fully charged for the first-time use. The solar panel will continuously charge the battery when exposed to sunlight.

5.4 Network Connection (Adding Camera to App)

After powering on the camera with the SIM card inserted, follow these steps to add the camera to the V380 Pro app:

1. Open the V380 Pro APP on your smartphone.
2. Click the "+" icon (or similar add device icon) in the app.
3. Scan the QR code located on the camera device.
4. The app will prompt you to select a network configuration method. Choose one of the following:

5.4.1 QR Code Network Connection

1. Select the Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz only) that the device needs to connect to, and enter the correct password.
2. The APP will generate a QR code.
3. Use the camera to scan the QR code displayed on your phone screen.
4. After the camera successfully identifies the QR code, it will prompt "Configuration successful". Click "I have heard the tone" in the APP.
5. The camera will then connect to the network.

5.4.2 Bluetooth Network Connection

1. Sørg for, at din mobiltelefon er forbundet til et 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi-netværk.
2. Confirm the connected Wi-Fi and enter the password in the app.
3. The app will guide you through the Bluetooth connection process.

5.4.3 AP Hotspot Connection

1. Ensure the device has been reset (see Section 5.5).
2. In the app, if you can't find the QR code device, select "Can't find the QR code device? Please click here Wi-Fi camera hotspot connection".
3. Connect your mobile phone to the Wi-Fi hotspot broadcasted by the camera (usually named something like "MV_XXXX").

To reset the camera to its factory settings:

5.6 APN Settings (for 4G Camera)

If your 4G SIM card does not connect automatically, you may need to configure APN settings:

1. In the V380 Pro app, navigate to the camera settings.
2. Find the APN settings option.
3. Enter the correct APN details provided by your 4G network operator.

5. Short press the reset button on the device for one second. The device's yellow indicator light will flash or the device will prompt a sound of "Beep", which means the APN setting is successful.

6.2 PTZ Control and Multi-Screen Viewing

The camera features three lenses for comprehensive monitoring:

• Upper Left and Upper Right Cameras: These are fixed wide-angle cameras. They can be manually adjusted (horizontal 0°-180°, vertical 0°-360°) during installation to cover specific areas.
• Bottom PT Camera: This lens supports horizontal 355° pan and vertical 90° tilt. You can remotely control its movement via the V380 Pro app to view forskellige vinkler.

The V380 Pro app allows you to view all three camera feeds simultaneously, providing a 360° viewing experience without blind spots.

6.3 Tovejslyd

The camera is equipped with a built-in microphone and speaker, enabling two-way real-time voice intercom. You can speak through the app and hear audio from the camera's location.

6.4 PIR Humanoid Detection

The camera features PIR (Passive Infrared) + AI humanoid detection. When the PIR sensor detects infrared radiation from a human body within approximately 10 meters, it triggers an alarm. The camera will automatically wake up, record the event, and send a notification to your mobile phone via the V380 Pro app. The camera will go back to sleep when no moving objects are detected, conserving power.

6.5 Smart nattesyn

The camera offers three night vision modes for clear visibility in low-light conditions:

• Full-Color Night Vision Mode: Provides color images even in the dark.
• Infrared Night Vision Mode: Traditional black and white infrared view.
• Intelligent Night Vision Mode: Automatically switches between modes based on ambient light and detected motion.

6.6 10X Digital Zoom

Utilize the 10X digital zoom feature in the app to magnify distant objects for more detail or zoom out for a wider field of view without significant image quality degradation.

6.7 Optagelse og opbevaring

The camera supports 24/7 recording and playback. You can store recordings in two ways:

• TF-kortopbevaring: Insert a TF (microSD) card (up to 128GB, not included) into the designated slot for local storage.
• Cloud Service: Subscribe to the cloud service via the V380 Pro app for secure, encrypted, and loop video recording.

• Firmwareopdateringer: For the best experience and to ensure security, regularly check for and install firmware updates for your camera via the V380 Pro app.
• App-opdateringer: Keep the V380 Pro app updated to the latest version.
• Batteriets sundhed: Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive adequate sunlight for continuous charging of the built-in battery.
• Miljøbeskyttelse: Despite its IP66 waterproof rating, avoid prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions if possible to extend the product's lifespan.

8. Fejlfinding

8.1 Almindelige problemer og løsninger

Q: The camera does not connect to the network.

A:

• Ensure a 4G SIM card is correctly inserted and has an active data plan.
• Verify that the 4G network signal is strong in the installation area.
• Check the indicator light status (flashing yellow indicates connection attempt).
• Try configuring the APN settings manually in the V380 Pro app (see Section 5.6).
• Perform a camera reset (see Section 5.5) and try connecting again.

Q: The camera does not work with Wi-Fi.

A: This is a 4G version camera and does not support Wi-Fi network connection. It requires a 4G SIM card for internet access.

Q: I am not receiving motion detection alerts.

A:

• Ensure PIR Humanoid Detection is enabled in the app settings.

• Verify that the app has notification permissions on your phone.
• Ensure the camera has a stable 4G connection.

Q: The camera is not recording continuously.

A: By default, this low-power solar camera records only when motion is detected by the PIR sensor to conserve battery. If continuous recording is desired, adjust the recording settings in the V380 Pro app to "Continuous Recording" (note: this will consume more battery and data).

Q: The provided 4G SIM card does not work in my country.

A: The complimentary 4G SIM card is typically for European countries and has limited trial data. For other regions (Middle East, West Asia, South America, North America, Africa, Oceania, USA, Japan, Canada), you must use a local 4G SIM card compatible with the camera's supported bands (LTE-FDD:B1/B3/B5/B8, LTE-TDD:B38/B39/B40/B41).
