5. Opsætning

5.1 Batteriinstallation og opladning

  1. Find batterirummet på enheden.
  2. Use the provided 3.0 small screwdriver to open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Connect the rechargeable lithium battery to the internal connector.

  5. Connect the USB charging cable to the device's charging port and a suitable USB power source to charge the device. The display will indicate charging status.

5.2 Mobile Application Connection (Intelligent Meter App)

  1. Download appen: Scan the QR code provided in the user manual or search for "Intelligent Meter" in your device's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android) to download the application.

  • Max/Min: Measures and displays the maximum and minimum temperatures detected during a scan.
  • AVG (Average): Calculates and displays the average temperature.
  • DIF (Difference): Shows the difference between the maximum and minimum temperatures.
  • HAL (High Temperature Alarm): Alerts when the measured temperature exceeds a preset high limit.
  • LAL (Low Temperature Alarm): Alerts when the measured temperature falls below a preset low limit.
  • REC (Optagelse): Data storage mode to record temperature readings, storing up to 12 sets.

6.4 Justering af emissivitet

Emissivity (ε) is a crucial factor for accurate infrared temperature measurement. Different materials emit infrared energy differently. The BT-1600-APP allows you to adjust the emissivity from 0.1 to 1.0 to match the surface being measured.

  • Press the "E/E" button to enter emissivity adjustment mode.
  • Use the "UP" and "T/DN" buttons to increase or decrease the emissivity value.
  • Refer to common emissivity tables for various materials (e.g., oil: 0.94, asphalt: 0.9, water: 0.96).

7. Vedligeholdelse

  • Rensning: Brug en blød, damp cloth to clean the device's exterior. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the lens is clean and free of dust or debris for accurate readings.
