4. Opsætning

5. Betjeningsvejledning

Once the sensor is correctly wired and powered, it will begin collecting vibration and temperature data. The sensor supports tri-axial measurement, enabling comprehensive monitoring of vibration and impact.

5.2 Data Monitoring with Software
Connect the sensor to your PC via the serial port adapter and launch the WitMotion software. The software provides real-time dynamic updates and various visualization tools:

- Vibration Displacement Trajectory Analysis: Analyze vibration patterns through scatter plots for X-Y, X-Z, and Y-Z axes.

6. Vedligeholdelse

7.1 Generelle fejlfindingstrin
- Ingen dataoutput: Verify all wiring connections according to the 485 Wiring Method diagram (Figure 8). Ensure the power supply is within the specified range (5-36V) and correctly connected. Check if the serial port adapter is properly installed and recognized by your computer.
- Upræcise læsninger: Ensure the sensor is securely mounted using either the threaded or magnetic options (Figure 7) to prevent external vibrations from affecting readings. Confirm that the sensor is positioned correctly relative to the equipment being monitored (e.g., X, Y, Z axes alignment).
- Problemer med softwareforbindelse: Ensure the correct drivers are installed for the serial port adapter. Verify the COM port settings in the WitMotion software match your system's configuration.
7.2 Indications of Abnormal Operation
The WTVB05 sensor helps detect issues that can lead to equipment failure. Understanding these indications is crucial for effective monitoring:
- Abnormal Motor Vibration:
- Impaired winding insulation and bearing life, reduced lubrication effectiveness.
- Vibration widening insulation gaps, allowing dust and moisture ingress, increasing breakdown risk.
- Damage to cooler water pipes due to vibration and cracking.
- Increased wear on carbon brushes and slip rings, leading to noise pollution.
- Decreased equipment stability due to loose or broken anchor bolts.
- Affected workpiece processing accuracy and compromised product quality.
- Abnormal Motor Surface Temperature: Normal motor operation maintains its surface temperature within a specific range. Factors like overload or voltage fluctuations can alter this temperature. Monitoring these changes allows for adjustment of technical parameters to ensure stable motor operation.
