2. Opsætning

Before using the DT-9054, ensure the area is safe and the power supply to the circuit under test is off, if required for connection. The device is designed for direct plug-in operation.

  1. Inspektion: Unpack the DT-9054 and inspect it for any signs of damage. Do not use the device if it appears damaged.

3. Betjeningsvejledning

The DT-9054 is used to test RCDs by simulating a leakage current and measuring the time it takes for the RCD to trip.

  1. Tænd: Ensure the DT-9054 is securely plugged into the circuit to be tested. Turn the device ON using the ON/OFF switch. The digital display should illuminate.
  2. Select Trip Current: Brug RANGE button to cycle through the available trip current settings (e.g., 10mA, 30mA, 100mA, 300mA, 500mA, 650mA). Select the appropriate current for the RCD being tested.
  3. Select Phase Angle (if applicable): De 180° button allows you to switch between 0° and 180° phase angles for testing. This is important for comprehensive RCD testing as some RCDs may react differently depending on the phase of the leakage current.
