8. Fejlfinding
8.1 Fælles problemer
- Kameraet opretter ikke forbindelse til WiFi: Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz. This camera does not support 5GHz WiFi. Check your router settings or contact your internet service provider if unsure.
- Kamera tænder ikke: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Connect the camera to a USB power source for at least 2 hours.
- Hyppige falske alarmer: Adjust the PIR detection sensitivity levels in the app. You can also define specific detection zones to focus on critical areas and ignore irrelevant movements.
