  9. Connect the machine to the appropriate power supply (110V or 220V).
  10. Turn on the machine's power switch (A).
  11. Open the gas cylinder valve and set the desired gas flow rate on the regulator.

6. Betjeningsvejledning

6.1. MMA/ARC Welding Operation

  1. After completing the MMA setup (Section 5.1), turn on the machine.
  2. Select 'ARC' mode using the welding mode button (4).
  3. Adjust the welding current using the Current Adjustment Knob (A) according to the electrode type and material thickness. The current display (1) will show the set value.
  4. Begin welding, maintaining a consistent arc length and travel speed.
  5. After welding, use the brush and hammer (8) to remove slag.

6.2. HF TIG Welding Operation

  1. After completing the TIG setup (Section 5.2), turn on the machine and open the gas valve.
  2. Select 'TIG' mode using the welding mode button (4).
  3. Adjust the welding current using the Current Adjustment Knob (A) based on the material type and thickness.
  4. Set the Post Gas time using the Post Gas Adjustment Knob (S). A post-flow time of 5-10 seconds is generally recommended to protect the weld puddle and tungsten from atmospheric contamination as it cools.
  5. Initiate the arc by pressing the TIG torch trigger. The High Frequency (HF) start will create a non-contact arc, preventing tungsten contamination.
  6. Oprethold en ensartet buelængde, og før svejsetråden (hvis brugt) ned i svejsebadet.
  7. Release the trigger to stop welding. The post-flow gas will continue for the set duration.

6.3. Svejseapplikationer

The TIG200 is suitable for welding various materials, including:

  • Blødt stål
  • Rustfrit stål

7. Vedligeholdelse

Regelmæssig vedligeholdelse sikrer din svejsemaskines levetid og optimale ydeevne.

  • Rensning: Periodically clean the machine's exterior with a dry cloth. Use compressed air to blow out dust and debris from the ventilation openings.
  • Forbindelser: Regularly check all cable connections for tightness and signs of wear or damage. Replace damaged cables immediately.
  • TIG-brænder: Inspect the TIG torch consumables (tungsten, collet, collet body, ceramic nozzle) for wear and replace as needed. Ensure the tungsten is properly sharpened.
  • Jord Clamp: Keep the ground clamp clean and ensure it makes good electrical contact with the workpiece.
  • Opbevaring: Opbevar maskinen i et tørt, støvfrit miljø, når den ikke er i brug.

10. Brugertips

  • Øvelse gør mester: If you are new to welding, start with scrap pieces of metal to get a feel for the machine and different settings.
  • Renlighed er nøglen: Always ensure your workpiece is clean and free of rust, paint, or oil for the best weld quality, especially with TIG welding.
  • Gas Flow for TIG: Proper inert gas flow is crucial for TIG welding. Too little gas can lead to porosity, while too much can cause turbulence and draw in atmospheric contaminants.
  • Valg af elektrode: Choose the correct electrode type and diameter for your material and desired current in MMA welding.
  • Tungsten forberedelse: For TIG welding, ensure your tungsten electrode is properly ground to a sharp point for precise arc control.
