5. Installation og ledningsføring

Follow these steps carefully to ensure correct and safe installation.

  1. Tilslut batterier: Connect the battery cables to the battery positive and negative ports on the charge controller. Ensure correct polarity.
  2. Tilslut belastningen: Connect the DC load to the positive and negative terminals of the DC load on the charge controller.
  3. Tilslut solpaneler: Connect the solar panel cables to the PV input interface on the charge controller. Ensure correct polarity and that the PV array voltage ikke overstiger 150VDC.
  4. Connect Inverter (Optional): If using an inverter, connect it to the battery terminals (not directly to the load terminals of the controller).

Important: Always connect the battery first, then the solar panels, and finally the load. Disconnect in the reverse order: load, then solar panels, then battery.

6.2. Boot Screen

When the controller is powered on, the LCD screen will display the following sequence:

  1. Starting interface (normal to detect LCD when system is powered on).
  2. Batteri voltage interface.
  3. Softwarerevision.

Notice: At the first interface, long press "MENU" button to enter the secondary interface. It will automatically switch to the first interface without doing anything for 15 seconds.

6.4. Main Loop Pages

After the controller is powered on, the LCD screen will enter the main page. Short press "MENU" or "SET" to switch among the main loop pages:

  • Hovedside
  • Batteritemperatur
  • Ladestrøm
  • Afladestrøm
  • Accumulated Charging AH
  • Accumulated Discharging AH

6.5. Load Switch On/Off

From the main page, short press the "SET" button to switch the load on/off.

Under the main page, long press "MENU" for 3 seconds to enter the setting page. Then short press "MENU" or "SET" to switch among the setting pages. Long press "MENU" for 3 seconds to save settings, or long press "SET" for 3 seconds to exit without saving.

6.6.1. System Voltage Indstilling

Når du har åbnet indstillingssiderne, skal du skifte til systemvolumen.tage page. Long press "MENU" for 3 seconds until the "Auto" starts to flash. Then short press "MENU" or "SET" to turn the system voltage to 12V or 24V (or 36V/48V as per auto-recognition capability).

Under the main page, long press "MENU" for 3 seconds to enter the setting page, and then short press "MENU" to switch to the battery type page (user mode 1).

After entering the battery type page (user mode 1), long press "MENU" for 3 seconds to enter battery type selection pages. Short press "MENU" or "SET" to switch among Gel battery, Sealed battery, Flooded battery, and Lithium batteries.

Under each lithium battery page, long press "MENU" for 3 seconds to enter a program of setting lithium battery's capacity. At this time, the parameters on the screen will start flashing. Keep long pressing "MENU" for 3 seconds, the parameter will become to battery capacity. Short press "MENU" or "SET" to set the capacity of the currently connected lithium batteries. After setting the parameters, save the data. Long press "MENU" for 3 seconds to save.

  • Solar Panel Configuration: When connecting multiple solar panels, ensure their series and parallel configurations respect the controller's maximum PV input voltage (150VDC) and current (60A). For example, if using 610W panels, connecting two in series and then multiple such strings in parallel is a common approach, but always verify the total voltage and current remain within the controller's limits.
  • Voltage Auto-Recognition: The controller automatically detects 12V, 24V, 36V, or 48V battery systems. Ensure your battery bank matches one of these standard voltagfor korrekt drift.
  • Valg af batteritype: Accurately setting the battery type (Gel, Sealed, Flooded, Lithium) in the controller's settings is crucial for optimal charging and battery longevity. For lithium batteries, remember to also set the correct capacity.
