2. Sikkerhedsoplysninger
Please read and understand the following safety precautions before using the DT-6013 meter. This device complies with IEC 1010 clause safety standards.
- Voltage Advarsel: Anvend ikke voltage to the testing ends to prevent damage to the meter.
- Circuit Isolation: When measuring device parameters in a circuit, ensure the circuit is completely cut off from the power supply and discharged before connecting the test probes.
- Testledningsforbindelse: For all measurements, insert the red test lead into one of the input jacks on both sides, and the black test lead into the middle input jack.
- Undgå kortslutninger: It is forbidden to forcibly short-circuit the input terminals. A prolonged short-circuit can quickly drain the battery and may cause internal circuit damage.
- Valg af rækkevidde: Always choose an appropriate measurement range and be cautious of incorrect operation. Pay extra attention to safety.

5. Opsætning
5.1. Batteriinstallation
The DT-6013 requires two 1.5V AA batteries (not included) for operation.
- Find batterirummet på bagsiden af måleren.
- Åbn batteridækslet.
- Isæt to AA-batterier, og sørg for at polerne vender korrekt (+ og -).
- Luk batteridækslet forsvarligt.
5.2. Attaching the Protective Case
For enhanced durability and protection, slide the soft rubber protective case onto the meter.
6. Betjeningsvejledning
6.1. Capacitance Testing
- Afladningskondensator: Fully discharge the capacitor before testing to prevent damage to the meter or electric shock.
- Vælg område: Turn the rotary switch to the appropriate capacitance range.
- Tilslut testledninger: Insert the red test lead (with alligator clip) into one of the input jacks (CX) and the black test lead into the middle input control terminal. Connect the corresponding polarity of the capacitor pins to the test leads.
- Measure Plug-in Capacitors: For small plug-in capacitors, you can use the dedicated plug-in capacitor test socket.
- Læs måling: Kapacitansværdien vil blive vist på LCD-skærmen.
6.2. Using HOLD Function
Press the "HOLD/*" button during measurement to freeze the current reading on the display. Press it again or change the function gear to exit data hold mode.
6.3. Using Backlight
Long press the "HOLD/*" button to turn the backlight on. Long press again to turn it off. The backlight will automatically turn off after approximately 30 seconds of inactivity.
6.4. Using ZERO Function
If the display shows a non-zero value when the gear is below 1.6nF and no capacitor is connected, press the "ZERO" button to clear the display.
7. Vedligeholdelse
- Bagside: Do not attempt to measure if the back cover is not properly fixed.
- Circuit Disconnection: Always disconnect the circuit before opening the back cover for any maintenance.
- Rensning: Brug kun annonceamp cloth with a small amount of mild detergent to clean the meter. Do not use any chemical solvents.
- Unormal drift: If any abnormal operation occurs, stop using the meter immediately and send it for repair.
8. Fejlfinding
- Display shows "0L": This indicates that the measurement range has been exceeded. Select a higher measurement range. If there are leading zeros, switch to a lower range for better resolution.
- Unstable Readings / Open-Circuit Display: If the meter displays "0" in all measurement ranges, it indicates an open circuit. If large capacitance measurements show unstable values, it might indicate a serious leakage in the capacitor. Confirm with other measuring tools.
- Stray Capacitance: When using test leads, they can introduce stray capacitance. The meter automatically subtracts this during measurement. For best accuracy, use particularly short wires to minimize stray capacitance.
- Meter Not Turning On / Low Battery: Check battery installation and replace with fresh AA batteries if needed. The LCD will show a low battery indicator when power is low.
9. Brugertips
- Always ensure capacitors are fully discharged before testing to protect both the meter and yourself.
- For the most accurate readings, especially for small capacitances, use the shortest possible test leads or the plug-in socket.
- Utilize the backlight feature in low-light conditions for clear visibility of the display.
- Keep spare AA batteries on hand to avoid interruptions during critical measurements.
