Opsætning

1. Opladning af enheden

1. Connect the Type-C USB magnetic cable to the magnetic charging port on the SGS MAX.

3. The status display will show the battery charging status. A full battery icon indicates charging is complete.

2. Montering/udskiftning af bits

1. Ensure the SGS MAX is powered off.
2. Unscrew the chuck at the tip of the pen counter-clockwise to loosen it.
3. Insert the desired 2.35mm diameter engraving or polishing bit into the chuck.
4. Screw the chuck clockwise to securely fasten the bit. Ensure the bit is firmly seated before operation.

Betjeningsvejledning

1. Tænd/sluk

• To turn on the device, press the Power Button (refer to Figure 8 for location).
• Enheden slukker automatisk efter 10 sekunders inaktivitet for at spare batteri.
• To turn off the device manually, press and hold the Power Button.

2. Speed and Direction Adjustment

The SGS MAX features 5 RPM modes for various applications:

• Mode A (Auto Sensing): 10000-30000 RPM
• Tilstand 1 (Lav): 15000 RPM
• Tilstand 2 (Mellem): 20000 RPM
• Tilstand 3 (Høj): 25000 RPM
• Mode 4 (Maxium): 30000 RPM

To adjust speed and direction:

1. Triple tap the Power Button to enter selection mode.
2. In selection mode, press and rotate the pen left or right to vary the speed. Release to confirm the speed.
3. Modes 1-4 have preset fixed speeds. Mode A allows for variable speed based on rotation angle.
4. The Status Display will show the current gear and rotation direction (clockwise or anti-clockwise).

Opretholdelse

• Rensning: After each use, gently clean the tool and bits with a soft, dry cloth. Remove any dust or debris from the chuck area.
• Bitpleje: Inspect bits regularly for wear and tear. Replace dull or damaged bits to maintain optimal performance and prevent damage to your workpiece.
• Batteripleje: To prolong battery life, avoid completely draining the battery frequently. Recharge the device when the battery indicator is low. Store the device with a partial charge if not used for extended periods.
• Opbevaring: Store the SGS MAX and its accessories in the provided aluminum alloy storage box to protect them from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

Fejlfinding

• Enheden tænder ikke: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the magnetic charging cable and check the battery indicator.
• Bit not rotating: Check if the bit is securely fastened in the chuck. Ensure the device is powered on and a speed mode is selected.
• Lav strøm/ydeevne: The battery might be low. Recharge the device. Ensure the correct speed setting is chosen for the task and material.
• Usædvanlig støj eller vibrationer: Turn off the device immediately. Check if the bit is bent or damaged, or if it's improperly installed. Replace damaged bits.

• Øvelse på skrotmateriale: Before working on your final piece, practice on a similar scrap material to get a feel for the tool's speed and control.
