4. Vedligeholdelse

4.1 Rengøring af printhovedet

For at sikre optimal udskriftskvalitet skal du rengøre printhovedet med jævne mellemrum:

1. Sluk for printeren, og afbryd den fra strømkilden.
2. Åbn printerlåget.
3. Tør forsigtigt printhovedet af med en vatpind.ampafsluttet med isopropylalkohol.
4. Lad printhovedet tørre helt, før du lukker låget og tænder printeren.

4.2 Papirhåndtering og -opbevaring

• Use only Phomemo-approved thermal paper rolls.
• Store paper rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent fading.
• Ensure the paper roll is properly installed to prevent content shifting during printing. If you experience shifting, ensure the paper holder is correctly positioned.

5. Fejlfinding

• "No paper" alert: If the printer shows "not paper" even with paper loaded, remove the paper roll, long-press the power button for 10 seconds until the green light flashes twice, then reinsert the paper.
• Printed content shifting: This can occur if the paper holder is not used or improperly installed. Refer to the product page for a paper holder installation video if needed.
• Problemer med Bluetooth-forbindelse: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the printer is powered on. Try restarting both the printer and your device, then reconnect via the Phomemo app.
