5. Opsætning og installation
The Hikvision IP Indoor Station is designed for surface mounting. Follow these general steps for installation and initial setup.
5.1 Montering af enheden
- Choose a suitable location for surface mounting, ensuring it is at an appropriate height for user interaction.

6.1 Grundlæggende betjening
- Besvarelse af opkald: When a visitor presses the call button on the door station, the indoor station will ring. Tap the 'Answer' icon on the screen to establish communication.
- Åbning af døre: During a call or live view, tap the 'Unlock' icon on the screen to remotely open the connected door.

8. Fejlfinding

- No Audio/Video During Call: Check microphone and loudspeaker settings. Ensure network bandwidth is sufficient for video streaming.
