1. Introduktion

3. Opsætningsvejledning

3.1. Driver installation

• For Windows 11 / 10 / 8.1 / 8: The adapter is generally Plug-and-Play and driver-free. Simply insert the adapter into an available USB port. Your system should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers.
• For Windows 7 / XP: Driver installation may be required. If your system does not automatically install the driver, please contact customer service for the appropriate driver files.

3.2. Første tilslutning

1. Insert the Zexmte Bluetooth USB Adapter into an available USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 port on your Windows PC.
2. Ensure the external antenna is rotated to an optimal position for best signal reception. The antenna supports 90° and 360° rotation.
3. The adapter's indicator light should illuminate, indicating it is powered on and ready for use.

4. Betjeningsvejledning

4.1. Parring af Bluetooth-enheder

1. På din Windows-pc skal du navigere til Indstillinger > Bluetooth og enheder.
2. Sørg for, at Bluetooth er slået til On.

4.3. File Overførsel

You can use the adapter to transfer files wirelessly between your Windows PC and a Bluetooth-enabled smartphone or tablet.

1. Ensure your smartphone/tablet is paired with your PC via the Bluetooth adapter.
2. On your PC, right-click the Bluetooth icon in the system tray and select "Send a File" eller "Modtag en File".
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to select the device and the files til overførsel.
4. Accept the incoming file transfer on your smartphone/tablet.

5. Vedligeholdelse

6. Fejlfinding

6.1. Almindelige problemer og løsninger

• Adapter not working / Driver error on Windows 10/11:
  If your Windows 10/11 system has a built-in Bluetooth function (often labeled "Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth"), it might conflict with the Zexmte adapter. To resolve this, right-click to disable the existing "Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth" in Device Manager, then re-plug the Zexmte Bluetooth adapter.
• No Bluetooth devices found:
  Ensure your Bluetooth device is in pairing mode. Check that the Zexmte adapter is securely plugged into a USB port and its indicator light is on. Verify that Bluetooth is enabled in your Windows settings.
• Poor connection or limited range:
  Adjust the external antenna to a different angle (90° or 360° rotation) to optimize signal reception. Ensure there are no major obstructions (like thick walls or large metal objects) between the adapter and your Bluetooth device. Reduce the distance between the adapter and the connected device.
• Cannot connect to Mac OS, Linux, car systems, Xbox, or TVs:
  This adapter is designed exclusively for Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11) and cannot be used with other platforms or devices directly.
• Cannot connect to a sound system (e.g., home stereo):
  The adapter functions as a transmitter/receiver for your computer. It can connect your computer to Bluetooth speakers or headphones. It cannot directly add Bluetooth functionality to a non-Bluetooth sound system.

7. Brugertips

• For optimal performance, always ensure the external antenna is positioned for the best possible signal. Experiment with different angles.
• If you experience any connectivity issues on Windows 10 or 11, remember to check for and disable any pre-existing integrated Bluetooth drivers (such as "Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth") in your Device Manager before using the Zexmte adapter.
• Tag advantage of the multi-device connectivity to create a fully wireless and organized workspace with your favorite peripherals.
