Once the machine is properly set up, you can begin welding. Always ensure you are in a safe environment and wearing appropriate PPE.
4.1 Tænd/sluk og valg af tilstand
- Connect the power input cable to a suitable power outlet (AC220V 50Hz/60Hz).
- Turn on the power switch (9) located on the rear panel.
- Use the welding mode button (4) on the front panel to select your desired welding process (MIG, MMA, or Lift TIG). The corresponding LED (12) will illuminate.
4.2 Synergisk kontrol (MIG-tilstand)
In MIG mode, the machine offers synergic control for simplified operation:
- Select the diameter of the welding wire using the wire selection button (5). The machine supports 0.8mm, 0.9mm, and 1.0mm flux cored wire.
- The recommended current and wire feeding speed will be automatically matched.
- You can fine-tune the wire feeding speed using the synergic knob (3) if needed.

4.3 Welding Parameters (Set-Up Guide)
The following table provides a general set-up guide for various welding modes, materials, and thicknesses. These are starting points and may require adjustment based on your specific application and skill level.

Note: This set-up information is intended to act as a guide only. Please refer to the operating manual for further information and always perform test welds on scrap material.
