5. Opsætning og installation
5.1 Montering af lasermodulet
The laser module is designed to be compact and easy to integrate into compatible CNC machines. Securely mount the laser head to your machine's gantry or designated laser mount point using appropriate fasteners (not included unless specified by your CNC machine's manual).
5.2 Ledningsforbindelse
Connect the laser module to your CNC controller board using the provided 3-pin cable. Refer to the wiring diagrams below and your CNC machine's manual for correct connections.


Ledningsnøgle:
- VCC: DC 12V (1.5A-2A) power input.
- GND: Jordforbindelse.
- PWM: Pulse Width Modulation signal input (0/5-12V TTL/PWM, 0-5kHz). This controls the laser power.

6.1 Fokusjustering
The laser module features an adjustable focus mechanism. Rotate the lens ring to achieve the desired focal length for your application.

Recommended Focal Lengths:
- Gravering: Approximately 20mm from the lens to the material surface.
- Skæring: Approximately 50mm from the lens to the material surface.

7. Vedligeholdelse

- Fjernelse af støv: Keep the laser module and cooling fan free of dust and debris. Use compressed air to clear any blockages in the fan or heatsink fins.
- Opbevaring: Når lasermodulet ikke er i brug, skal det opbevares tørt og støvfrit, væk fra direkte sollys og ekstreme temperaturer.
8. Fejlfinding
- Problem: Laser is not cutting or engraving effectively.

- Check Focus: Ensure the laser is properly focused for the material and task (20mm for engraving, 50mm for cutting).
- Verify Power Settings: Adjust laser power and speed settings in your CNC software. Different materials require different parameters.

- Linserens: A dirty lens can significantly reduce laser power. Clean the lens as described in the Maintenance section.

- TTL/PWM Voltage: The module supports TTL/PWM modulation from 0/5V up to 12V. Ensure your CNC controller's output matches this range.
- Focal Length Precision: Precise focal length adjustment is crucial for both engraving detail and cutting depth. Use a gauge or test cuts to fine-tune the focus for each material and task.
