4. Opsætning
- Strømforsyning: Insert 4 AAA batteries into the battery compartment. Alternatively, connect the monitor using a micro USB 5-6V adapter (not included).
- Tilslut manchetten: Unpack the cuff and securely connect its air tube to the air jack on the side of the blood pressure monitor.
- Placering: Sit upright in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Ensure your arm is resting comfortably on a table, with the cuff at heart level.
- Påfør manchetten: Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, ensuring the bottom edge of the cuff is 0.8-1.2 inches (2-3 cm) above your elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm in line with your middle finger. The cuff should be snug but not too tight.
5. Betjening
- Start måling: With the cuff correctly applied and you in a relaxed position, press the START/STOP knappen. Manchetten pustes automatisk op, og målingen begynder.

6. Vedligeholdelse
- Rensning: Wipe the monitor and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
