What Wi-Fi network is required for the Triple+ CLM Hub?
The Triple+ CLM Hub V2.0 requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. It is not compatible with 5GHz networks.

How do I add the system to the Triple+ CLM App?
To add a system, download the app, create an account, tap 'Add System', and scan the QR code located on the OUTSIDE of the main kit box. Do not scan the QR codes on individual devices.

What should I do if the Hub fails to connect to Wi-Fi?
If standard connection fails, use 'Technician Mode' in the app. This allows you to connect your phone directly to the Hub's Wi-Fi network (starting with 'Triple+') to manually configure the settings.

What batteries do Triple CLM devices use?
The Hub requires 2 AA backup batteries (alongside AC power), Flood Detectors use 2 AAA batteries, and the Actuator requires 4 CR123A batteries.
