New scooters are initially limited to 10 km/h and will beep continuously. To unlock full functions and speed, you must download the NAVEE App, pair your device, and follow the activation instructions.
If the scooter has been turned off for about a month with a battery level below 30%, it enters sleep mode and cannot be turned on. To exit sleep mode, connect the charger for about three seconds to activate the battery.
