Your AC features built-in Wi-Fi technology for smart control. Download the 'airCloud Go' app on your smartphone and follow the in-app instructions to connect your AC to your home Wi-Fi network. This enables remote control, energy tracking, and voice control capabilities.

4. Betjeningsvejledning

Operate your AC using the provided remote control or the airCloud Go mobile application.

5.1 Filterrensning

The AC is equipped with an Anti-bacterial Mesh Filter and a Filter Clean Indicator. When the indicator lights up, it's time to clean the filter.

1. Støv: Dust accumulates on the coil.
2. Fryse: Frost is created on the IDU coil.
3. Smelte: The frost melts, washing away dust, mold, and bacteria.
4. Tørre: The blower runs to dry the coil, preventing residue.

6. Fejlfinding

If you encounter issues, refer to the following common solutions before contacting customer support:

• AC not turning on: Kontroller strømforsyning, afbryder og batterier i fjernbetjeningen.
• Utilstrækkelig køling: Ensure filters are clean, doors/windows are closed, and temperature setting is appropriate.
• Usædvanlige lyde: Minor sounds during operation are normal. If loud or persistent, contact service.
• Indikator for filterrengøring: Clean the air filters as described in Section 5.1.

The 1st year includes 2 Wet & 2 Dry services with free gas charging for compressor/coil issues. From the 2nd to 5th year, parts are covered; visit and labor charges apply.
