4. Installation og opsætning

This electric fireplace is designed for easy wall mounting. Follow these steps for secure installation.

4.1 Vægmontering

1. Choose a suitable location on a solid wall, ensuring there is adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and safety. Avoid mounting directly under a power outlet.
2. Using the provided mounting brackets as a template, mark the drilling points on the wall. Ensure the marks are level.
3. Bor huller på de markerede punkter, og isæt vægdyvlerne.
4. Fastgør monteringsbeslagene til væggen med de medfølgende skruer.
5. Carefully lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the installed mounting brackets. Ensure it is securely seated.
6. Tilslut netledningen til en jordet stikkontakt.

4.2 Opsætning af fjernbetjening

Insert one CR2025 battery (not included) into the remote control, observing the correct polarity.

5. Betjening

The fireplace can be operated using the control panel on the unit, the remote control, or the Tuya smart app.

5.1 Kontrolpanel- og fjernbetjeningsfunktioner

The control panel and remote control share similar functions. Refer to the icons on the panel for specific operations.

• Power knap: Tænder/slukker pejsen.
• Flammeeffektknap: Cycles through 9 flame colors and 6 ember bed variants.
• Lysstyrkeknap: Adjusts flame brightness (5 levels).
• Varmeknap: Activates the heating function. Press to cycle between 900W and 1800W.
• Temperatur op/ned: Adjusts the thermostat setting (15°C to 35°C).
• Timer knap: Sets the automatic shut-off timer (1 to 24 hours).
• Flammehastighedsknap: Adjusts the speed of the flame effect.

5.2 Tuya Smart App Control

Download the Tuya Smart app from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your fireplace. The app allows for comprehensive control, including:

• Tænd/sluk
• Flame color and brightness adjustment
• Heating level and thermostat control
• Timerindstillinger
• Music mode (synchronize flames with music)
• Integration with Alexa and Google Home for voice control.

6. Vedligeholdelse

Regular cleaning and proper care will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your electric fireplace.

• Tag altid stikket ud af stikkontakten før rengøring.
• Lad enheden køle helt af før rengøring.
• Tør de udvendige overflader af med en blød, damp klæde. Brug ikke slibende rengøringsmidler eller opløsningsmidler.
• Gently clean the glass panel with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner.
• Ensure the air vents are free from dust and debris to maintain proper airflow.

7. Fejlfinding

If you encounter any issues with your fireplace, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Ingen strøm: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the main power switch on the unit is ON.
• Varmeapparat virker ikke: Verify that the heating function is activated. Check the thermostat setting; if the room temperature is above the set temperature, the heater will not activate. Ensure the overheating protection has not been triggered (unplug and allow to cool). Check if the open window detection has been activated.
• Fjernbetjeningen reagerer ikke: Check and replace the CR2025 battery in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the fireplace's sensor.
• Flammeeffekt virker ikke: Ensure the unit is powered on and the flame effect button has been pressed.
• Problemer med appforbindelse: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is active and the fireplace is within range. Follow the Tuya app's troubleshooting guide for connection problems.
