3. Opsætning
3.1. Montering af batteriet
This tool is compatible with Makita 18V batteries (BL1860, BL1850, BL1840, BL1830, BL1815, etc.). Ensure the battery is fully charged before use.
- Align the battery with the side-loading battery slot on the tool.
- Skub batteriet ind i åbningen, indtil det klikker sikkert på plads.
- For at fjerne batteriet skal du trykke på batteriets udløserknap og skubbe det ud.

3.2. Installation/udskiftning af tilbehør
The tool features a universal accessory interface for quick and tool-free blade changes.
- Sørg for, at batteriet er fjernet fra værktøjet.
- Lift the quick release lever on the tool head to a 180-degree open position.
- Align the desired accessory (blade or sanding pad) with the universal interface.
- Insert the accessory firmly onto the tool head.
- Push the quick release lever back down until it locks into place, securing the accessory.

3.3. Montering af hjælpehåndtaget
For enhanced control and stability, especially during demanding tasks, attach the auxiliary handle.
- Locate the threaded inserts on either side of the tool head.
- Screw the auxiliary handle into the desired side until it is firmly secured.

4. Betjening
4.1. Tænd/sluk
To turn the tool on, slide the ON/OFF switch forward. To turn it off, slide the switch backward. The tool does not have a trigger; the switch locks the tool in the ON position.
4.2. Justering af hastighed
The variable speed dial allows you to select the appropriate oscillation speed for your task. Speeds range from 12,000 to 21,000 OPM (Oscillations Per Minute).
- Speed Settings (1-5): Manually select a speed based on the material and application.

5. Vedligeholdelse
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your oscillating tool. Always disconnect the battery before performing any maintenance.
- Rensning: After each use, wipe down the tool with a clean, dry cloth. Remove any dust or debris from the ventilation slots and accessory interface. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
