  • 1. Control Box Base: The main unit housing the electronics.
  • 2. Y Axis & Platform: The print bed that moves along the Y-axis.
  • 3. Z-axis Bracket: Supports the Z-axis.
  • 4. Z Axis: Controls vertical movement of the print head.
  • 5. X Axis: Controls horizontal movement of the print head.
  • 6. Print Head: Contains the nozzle for extruding filament.
  • 7. Filament Holder: Holds the filament spool.

5. Opsætning og montering

Your printer comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the setup.

5.1. Monteringstrin

  1. Assemble the Base and Platform: Connect the Y axis & Platform to the Control box base.
  2. Attach Z-axis Bracket: Secure the Z-axis bracket.
  3. Install Z and X Axes: Mount the Z axis and X axis components.
  4. Attach Print Head: Connect the print head to the X axis.
  5. Install Filament Holder: Attach the filament holder to the top of the Z axis.
  6. Tilslut strøm: Ensure the power adapter is connected to the printer and a suitable power source (12V, 2A).

5.2. Nivellering af printpladen

Proper bed leveling is crucial for successful prints and to prevent damage to the printer.

  1. Press the home switch to initiate the leveling process.
  2. When the print head touches the magnetic plate, immediately disconnect the power.
  3. Adjust the print bed as needed. If the nozzle is too close, it can crush and damage the magnetic plate. If it's too far, the printed model will not adhere to the magnetic plate.

6. Betjening

6.1. Preparing Print Files

The printer supports STL and OBJ input formats, which are converted to Gcode for printing. You can use slicing software like Easyware, Cura, or Simplify3D to prepare your models.

6.2. Indlæsning af filament

This printer supports 1.75mm PLA and TPU filaments.

  1. Placer filamentspolen på filamentholderen. Note: Only 250g filament can be hung directly. For larger spools, an extension part may be needed (a Gcode file for this part is typically found on the included TF card).
  2. Gently feed the filament into the print head's input.
  3. Use the '+' and '-' controls on the printer to load the material until it extrudes smoothly from the nozzle.

6.3. Start af en udskrivning

  1. Upload your Gcode files to a memory card (maximum 128GB).
  2. Insert the memory card into the printer.
  3. Use the printer's controls to select your desired file.
  4. Press the start button. The nozzle will heat up to approximately 180°C in 5 minutes for PLA material.
  5. Monitor the initial layers to ensure proper adhesion and print quality.

7. Vedligeholdelse

Regelmæssig vedligeholdelse sikrer optimal ydeevne og levetid for din 3D-printer.

  • Rengør printpladen: Regularly clean the magnetic print plate to ensure good adhesion. Use isopropyl alcohol for best results.
  • Rengøring af dyse: If the nozzle becomes clogged, gently clean it with a fine needle or by performing a cold pull procedure.
  • Smøring: Periodically lubricate the Z-axis lead screw and other moving parts with appropriate lubricant.
  • Firmwareopdateringer: Tjek producentens webwebsted for tilgængelige firmwareopdateringer.
  • Opbevaring: When not in use, store the printer in a dry, dust-free environment.

8. Fejlfinding

Dette afsnit omhandler almindelige problemer, du kan støde på, og giver potentielle løsninger.

  • Model Not Sticking to Print Bed:
    • Ensure the print bed is properly leveled. (Refer to Section 5.2).
    • Clean the print bed thoroughly.
    • Increase the initial layer temperature or use an adhesive (e.g., glue stick) if necessary.
  • Filament ekstruderer ikke:
    • Tjek om dysen er tilstoppet.
    • Ensure the filament is loaded correctly and not tangled.
    • Verify the nozzle temperature is appropriate for the filament type.
  • Poor Print Quality (Layer Shifts, Gaps):
    • Check for loose belts or components.
    • Ensure the printer is on a stable surface.
    • Verify slicing software settings (e.g., layer height, print speed).
