4. Opsætning

4.1. Batteriinstallation

5.1. Tænd/sluk

• Tryk og hold på Power-knap for approximately 2 seconds to turn the device off.
• The device features an auto shut-off function, powering down after 5 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery life.

5.2. Valg af enhed

• Tryk på ENHED-knap to cycle through different wind speed units: meters per second (m/s), miles per hour (mph), kilometers per hour (km/h), feet per minute (ft/min), and knots.
• The temperature unit can also be switched between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) using the same button.

5.3. Measurement Modes (MAX/MIN/AVG)

• The device displays a "WINDCHILL" advisory on the screen when the ambient temperature drops below 32°F (0°C) and the wind speed exceeds 5 m/s. This feature helps users assess potential cold weather risks.

5.7. Beaufort Scale

• The device also displays the wind speed according to the Beaufort scale (levels 1-12), providing an intuitive and widely recognized indication of wind conditions.
