Choosing Your Top Pad Size

Select the top silicone pad that provides the most comfortable fit. Each pad is marked with its size (S, M, L).

Attaching the Top Pad

The upper arm of the Bell Clamp has longer and shorter stabilizers. The silicone pad also has corresponding longer and shorter holes.

1. Align the longer hole on the silicone pad with the longer pad stabilizer on the upper arm.
2. Align the shorter hole on the silicone pad with the shorter pad stabilizer.
3. Ensure the pad size marking is closest to the ladder lock for secure placement.

Betjeningsvejledning

Korrekt placering

With the male member in a relaxed, flaccid state, position the clamp approximately 1/4 to 1/2 way down the shaft from the abdomen. The ladder lock should be positioned to the right.

Aligning Blood Vessels

Inden du lukker clamp, ensure your blood vessels are aligned with the anatomical cutouts on the upper arm pad.

• The dorsal blood vessel (at 12 o'clock) should sit in the first cutout.
• The vessel at 4 o'clock should be in the second cutout.
• If possible, the vessel at 9 o'clock can sit in the third cutout (this is less critical).

Justering af Clamp

Gently close the lower arm onto the male member and lock it into place using the ladder lock. Adjust the ladder lock to the minimum pressure required to control leakage. Avoid over-tightening.

Regular Repositioning

Every 1.5 to 2 hours, release the clamp to urinate. After urination, slightly reposition the clamp on the shaft (a bit higher or lower than before) to maintain blood flow and prevent irritation.
