Kontrol før installation
Before installing the new TPU inner tube, ensure there are no foreign objects inside the tire or on the rim strip that could cause punctures. Inspect the tire thoroughly for any sharp debris.

Trin-for-trin installation
- Prepare the Inner Tube: Slightly inflate the TPU inner tube (less than 3 PSI) to give it shape. This helps prevent pinching during installation. WARNING: Do not inflate the empty inner tube more than 5 PSI, as this can cause irreversible damage.
- Tjek for lækager: Immerse the slightly inflated inner tube in water to check for any air leaks. If bubbles appear, indicating a leak, do not proceed with installation and contact support.
- Indsæt ventil: Locate the air nozzle hole on the wheel hub. Insert the Presta valve of the TPU inner tube through this hole.
- Position Inner Tube: Carefully place the inner tube inside the outer tire, ensuring it is evenly distributed around the rim.
- Install Outer Tire: Begin installing one bead of the outer tire onto the wheel hub. Then, carefully work the second bead onto the rim. This step requires patience to avoid pinching the inner tube. Tire levers can be used, but exercise extreme caution to prevent damaging the TPU tube.
- Pust op: Once the outer tire is fully seated, inflate the inner tube to the recommended pressure. Refer to the maximum air pressure indicated on your tire (e.g., 120 PSI / 8.3 BAR).
- Apply Nozzle Sticker: Install the provided nozzle sticker over the valve stem base to help prevent dust and water from entering the tire's interior.
