Installationsvejledning
The HARFO DA2 smart lock is designed for easy installation on most standard US doors, suitable for both left and right-handed configurations. No additional drilling is typically required.

- Ensure your door thickness is between 35mm and 55mm (1.37" - 2.16").
- Verify the backset measurement (distance from door edge to center of bore hole) is either 2-3/8" (60mm) or 2-3/4" (70mm).
- Confirm the bore hole diameter is 2-1/8" (54mm).

Trin-for-trin installation
Follow the detailed instructions provided in the included user manual for a seamless setup. A screwdriver is the only tool typically needed.
- Install the Latch: Insert the latch into the door edge and secure it with screws. Ensure the latch bolt faces the correct direction for your door swing.
- Install the Exterior Assembly: Route the cable through the door and align the exterior assembly with the latch.
- Install the Interior Mounting Plate: Secure the interior mounting plate to the exterior assembly using screws.
- Connect Cables and Install Interior Assembly: Connect the cable from the exterior assembly to the interior assembly. Mount the interior assembly onto the mounting plate and secure it.
- Install Handles: Attach the handles to both sides of the lock.
- Insert Batteries: Open the battery cover on the interior assembly and insert 4 AA batteries (not included).
- Test Operation: Test the lock's functionality using a physical key and the default passcode (if any) before closing the door.
The HARFO DA2 lock is compatible with both left and right-handed door installations.

The HARFO DA2 smart lock offers multiple convenient ways to access your property.
1. Lås op med fingeraftryk
Register your fingerprints through the mobile app. Once registered, simply place your finger on the fingerprint sensor for quick access.

Enter your programmed passcode on the touchscreen keypad. The anti-peeping function allows you to enter random digits before or after your actual code to prevent others from guessing it.

Download the dedicated HARFO app to manage your lock. Via Bluetooth, you can unlock the door, add/delete users, and view unlock records when within range.
For remote control and voice control features (Alexa, Google Home), a HARFO Gateway (sold separately) is required. The gateway connects your lock to your home Wi-Fi network, enabling remote unlocking, real-time notifications, and voice commands from anywhere.
The app allows you to send eKeys for temporary or permanent access.
Voice control is available through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant when connected to a gateway.
