3. Opsætning og montering

The DoCred Toddler Bed is designed for tool-free 10-minute assembly. Follow these steps for quick and easy setup.

3.1 Udpakning og komponentkontrol

Carefully unpack all components and verify against the parts list in your included assembly instructions. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before proceeding.

3.2 Attaching Support Legs

1. Attach the felt pads to the bottom of each wooden support leg.
2. Screw the support legs into the designated holes on the underside of the bed frame side panels. Ensure they are tightened securely.

3.3 Connecting Bed Frame Sections

1. Position the two main bed frame sections on a flat surface.
2. Align the metal brackets (labeled F) with the pre-drilled holes on the ends of the bed frame sections.
3. Secure the brackets using the provided screws and washers (labeled H, L, J). Hand-tighten initially, then fully tighten with the included tool.
4. Connect the headboard and footboard sections to the side panels by aligning the internal locking mechanisms and pushing firmly until they click into place.

3.4 Installing Wooden Slats

1. Unroll the wooden slat base and place it inside the assembled bed frame.
2. Ensure the Velcro fasteners on the slats align with the corresponding strips on the bed frame to secure the mattress.
3. Press down firmly on each slat to ensure it is properly seated and secured.

3.5 Attaching Removable Guard Rails

1. Identify the removable guard rails (labeled G, I, K).
2. Attach the small metal brackets to the guard rails using the provided screws.
3. Insert the guard rails into the designated slots on the bed frame. The guard rails can be installed on both sides or on the same side, depending on preference.
4. Ensure the guard rails are securely fastened to prevent accidental removal by the child.

Once assembled, the DoCred Toddler Bed is ready for use. Place a standard crib-sized mattress (not included) onto the wooden slats. The low-profile design allows your child to easily get in and out of bed independently.

4.1 Adjusting Bed Height (Optional)

The removable height-adjustable feet allow for two height settings. For increased mattress ventilation, keep the feet installed. For easier access for younger toddlers, the feet can be removed to lower the bed closer to the floor. Ensure all feet are either installed or removed uniformly to maintain stability.
