4. Opsætning

4.1 Batteriinstallation

4.2 Pairing with Main Weather Station

The sensor is designed to work with compatible VIFLYKOO weather stations, including models EM3378UC, 3390F, 3383D, 378QX, 3378YC, and 3383C. Refer to your main weather station's manual for specific pairing instructions. Generally, the process involves:

1. Ensure both the sensor and the main station have fresh batteries installed.
2. Select a channel (CH1, CH2, or CH3) on the outdoor sensor using the Channel Button. Ensure this matches the channel selected on your main weather station for outdoor sensor data.
3. Initiate the sensor search function on your main weather station (refer to its manual).
4. Tryk på TX switch button on the outdoor sensor to send a signal. The signal light will flash.
5. The main station should detect and display the sensor's data within a few minutes. If not, repeat the steps, ensuring the devices are within range.

4.3 Montering af sensoren

For accurate readings, choose a mounting location that is protected from direct sunlight and heavy precipitation, but still allows for good air circulation. The sensor can be mounted flexibly:

6. Vedligeholdelse

6.1 Rengøring

Wipe the sensor periodically with a soft, damp klud. Brug ikke slibende rengøringsmidler eller opløsningsmidler, da disse kan beskadige casing eller interne komponenter.

6.2 Udskiftning af batteri

When the battery indicator on the sensor or main station shows low power, replace both AA batteries with new ones. Follow the battery installation steps in Section 4.1. After replacing batteries, you may need to re-pair the sensor with your main weather station.

• No readings on main station:
  • Check if batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient power in both the sensor and the main station.
  • Ensure the sensor and main station are set to the same channel.
  • Verify that the sensor is within the effective transmission range (50-60m with obstacles, 100-110m unobstructed).
  • Try re-pairing the sensor with the main station (refer to Section 4.2).
