Please read this instruction manual carefully before operating the appliance to ensure safe and efficient use. Keep this manual for future reference.

- Vandtank: Transparent, removable tank for water. Features MIN and MAX level indicators.

Opsætning
- Udpakning: Fjern alt emballagemateriale, og sørg for, at alle komponenter er til stede.
- Indledende rengøring: Before first use, wash the water tank, portafilter, filter baskets, and drip tray with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp klæde.

- Fyld vandtank: Remove the transparent water tank from the back of the unit. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the "MAX" line. Replace the tank securely.

- Første brug / Priming:
- Sørg for, at vandtanken er fyldt.
- Plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Placer en stor kop eller beholder under portafilteret og damprøret.
- Drej kontrolknappen til kaffebryggepositionen (kaffekop ikon). Let water run through until the tank is about half empty. This primes the pump and flushes the system.
- Drej kontrolknappen til damppositionen (dampikon) and open the steam knob briefly to release any air from the steam wand. Close the steam knob.
- Drej kontrolknappen tilbage til standbypositionen (O ikon).
- Hæld vandet ud. Din maskine er nu klar til brug.
Betjeningsvejledning
At lave espresso
- Klargør portafilteret: Insert the desired filter basket (single or double) into the portafilter. Add finely ground espresso coffee to the basket. Use the measuring scoop to add the correct amount (approx. 7g for single, 14g for double).
- Tamp kaffen: Brug tamper end of the measuring scoop to gently press the coffee grounds evenly. Do not over-tamp.
- Fastgør portafilter: Align the portafilter with the "INSERT" mark on the brew head. Insert it and turn it firmly to the right until it reaches the "LOCK" position.
- Placeringspokal: Placer en eller to espressokopper på drypbakken, direkte under portafilterets tuder.
- Bryg espresso: Ensure the water tank is filled. Turn the control dial to the coffee brewing position (kaffekop ikon). The machine will start brewing.
- Stop med at brygge: Once the desired amount of espresso is brewed (typically 25-30ml per shot), turn the control dial back to the standby position (O ikon) for at stoppe flowet.
- Nyde: Your fresh espresso is ready.

Mælkeskumning til cappuccinoer og latte
- Forbered mælk: Fyld en kande af rustfrit stål med kold mælk (med eller uden mælk) til cirka en tredjedel.
- Heat Up for Steam: After brewing espresso, or if starting fresh, turn the control dial to the steam position (dampikon). The steam indicator light will illuminate, indicating the machine is heating up to steam temperature.
- Rens damprør: Once the steam indicator light is steady, open the steam knob briefly to release any condensed water from the wand. Close the knob.
- Skummælk: Immerse the tip of the steam wand just below the surface of the milk. Open the steam knob slowly. Move the pitcher up and down gently to create foam. For latte, immerse deeper for less foam.

- Daglig rengøring:
- After each use, remove the portafilter, discard used coffee grounds, and rinse the portafilter and filter basket under running water.
- Tøm og skyl drypbakken.

- Clean the steam wand immediately after frothing milk as described in the operating instructions.
- Rengøring af vandtank: The transparent water tank should be cleaned regularly with warm soapy water and rinsed thoroughly.
- Afkalkning: Over time, mineral deposits can build up in the machine, affecting performance. Descale your coffee maker every 2-3 months, or more frequently if you have hard water.
- Brug en kommerciel afkalkningsopløsning, der er egnet til espressomaskiner, i henhold til producentens anvisninger.
- Alternativt kan du bruge en opløsning af hvid eddike og vand (1 del eddike til 2 dele vand).

- Run the solution through the machine as if brewing coffee, and also through the steam wand, until the tank is empty.
- Rinse the tank and fill with fresh water. Run several cycles of fresh water through the machine to flush out any descaling solution residue.
