3. Opsætning og installation

3.1 Fysisk installation

The PNI IP744 camera is designed for indoor use and can be mounted on a wall or placed on a flat surface using its adjustable stand.

3.2 App Installation and Initial Connection

1. Download appen: Søg efter "Tris Home" in your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android) and download the dedicated application.
2. Opret konto: Open the Tris Home app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new user account or log in if you already have one.
3. Tilføj enhed: In the app, select the option to add a new device. Follow the prompts to connect your PNI IP744 camera to your Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz only). This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or entering Wi-Fi credentials.

4. Betjening af kameraet

4.1 Live View og optagelse

Once connected, open the Tris Home app to access the live video feed from your camera. You can initiate manual recordings or capture screenshots directly from the app interface.

4.2 Bevægelsesdetektion

The camera features intelligent motion detection. You can configure detection sensitivity and alert notifications within the Tris Home app. When motion is detected, the camera can send alerts to your smartphone and initiate recording.

4.3 Tovejslyd

Use the two-way audio feature to communicate through the camera. Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak, and the camera's built-in speaker will broadcast your voice. The integrated microphone allows you to hear audio from the camera's environment.

4.4 Nattesyn

The PNI IP744 is equipped with 2 IR LEDs and 2 white LEDs, providing clear color images at night. The camera automatically switches to night vision mode in low-light conditions, with a night vision range of up to 10 meters.

5. Vedligeholdelse

6. Fejlfinding

Kameraet opretter ikke forbindelse til Wi-Fi:

• Sørg for, at dit Wi-Fi-netværk er 2.4 GHz. Kameraet understøtter ikke 5 GHz-netværk.
• Check that the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly in the app.
• Flyt kameraet tættere på din Wi-Fi-router for at forbedre signalstyrken.
• Reset the camera using the reset button (refer to Image 3.3 for location) and try the setup process again.

Dårlig billedkvalitet:

• Sørg for, at kameralinsen er ren og fri for støv eller pletter.

• Ensure the MicroSD card is inserted correctly and is not full.
• Formatér MicroSD-kortet via appen.
• Verify that recording settings (e.g., continuous recording, motion-triggered recording) are configured correctly in the app.
