• Please keep this machine upright for 24 hours before the first use. Do not tilt the machine.

4. Opsætning

1. Pak ismaskinen ud: Carefully remove the ice maker and all accessories (ice basket, ice scoop, user manual) from the packaging. Ensure all packing materials and tape are removed from the unit, especially from inside the ice-making area.
2. Placering: Place the ice maker on a stable, level, and dry countertop. Ensure it is away from direct sunlight or any heat-producing appliances. Allow adequate ventilation around the unit.
3. Indledende standby: For optimal performance, allow the ice maker to stand upright for at least 24 hours before plugging it in and using it for the first time. This allows the refrigerant to settle.
4. Tilsæt vand: Open the lid and remove the ice basket. Fill the water tank with clean, potable water up to the "MAX" water line indicated inside the reservoir. Do not overfill.
5. Replace Basket: Place the ice basket back into its position and close the lid.

5. Betjeningsvejledning

1. Tænd: Plug the ice maker into a grounded electrical outlet. Press the "POWER" button on the control panel to turn on the unit. The power indicator light will illuminate.
2. Vælg isstørrelse: The default ice size is usually large. To switch between small and large ice cubes, press the "SELECT" button. The corresponding indicator light will show your selection. Small ice cubes are ideal for smoothies, while large cubes are better for chilling drinks.
3. Isproduktion: The ice maker will begin the ice-making cycle automatically. The first batch of 9 bullet ice cubes typically takes 6-8 minutes. Subsequent batches may be faster. Note that the first 5-10 batches might not be as fast or perfect as the machine stabilizes.
4. Isfuld advarsel: When the ice basket is full, the "ICE FULL" indicator light will brighten, and the machine will pause operation. Remove ice cubes from the basket and use them or transfer them to a freezer for storage. The machine will resume ice making once space is cleared.
5. Add Water Alert: If the water level in the tank is too low, the "ADD WATER" indicator light will illuminate, and the machine will stop. Refill the water tank as per step 4 in the Setup section.

6.1 Selvrensende funktion

1. Initiate Self-Clean: With the unit plugged in and water in the tank, press the "SELECT" button until the cleaning light (brush icon) illuminates. After about 5 seconds, the self-cleaning cycle will begin.
2. Cyklus afslutning: The self-cleaning process will run for approximately 30 minutes. Once complete, the unit will return to standby mode.

6.2 Manual Cleaning & Draining

1. Afløbsvand: After the self-cleaning cycle or when storing the unit, drain any remaining water. Locate the rubber plug at the bottom of the unit. Place a cup or container underneath and pull out the plug to drain the water.
2. Tør indvendigt af: Use a soft cloth to wipe down the interior of the water tank and ice basket. For deeper cleaning, you can use a solution of water and a small amount of baking soda (approx. 1/2 teaspoon per 2 cups of water) or vinegar.
3. Tør grundigt: Ensure all internal components are thoroughly dry before storing. If storing for a long period, leave the lid open to allow air circulation and prevent mold growth.
